Iv watched most of ur vms bt i stil avent gotten round to watchin the Tanha Dil - i wil in a while and be bck to comment - one bt u knw the Shashank-Smriti vm wel wat was der luvstory in brief...did they divorce or did she die...?

Edit: Jus watched the Tanha Dil.....amazing! All the perfect scenes in the order of their journey its really cool hw u matched it wid da lyrics as wel as kept it in order of their journey. The last scene was THE BEST. iv always loved that scene and it was perfect for ur vm endin: der expressions, eye contact, wry smiles and finally hw der hands jus drift away and Atul's hand jus sort of stays der as if dey dnt wanna stop shakin hands...the perfect endin😊

Aaah. I will tell you to watch Sanjivani! 😛 If you REALLY want to know, I can PM you about it or tell you in the Oasis...The VM pretty much covers the high points in their relationship - well, their "backstory" so to speak. If you know their history, then it all becomes even more emotional and the song fits beautifully. At least that's how I feel about it.

But obviously Smriti died before DMG started...Anjali said she died "15 years ago" and that was in 2007. If Anjali was 22 when the show started, she'd have to have been 7 when Smriti died. In Sanjivani, Anjali was 6 (she turned 7 while the show was still running), so obviously DMG is not a direct sequel to Sanjivani in more ways than one.
