Is it true??? Has Abhi been broken heart broken TWICE... People are saying that he said "phirse" so is it true? Poor Abhi...

You know..there are two possibilities. One is that maybe he's talking about Ridhima, because he did seem fond of her in the beginning, and then knowing that she is Armaan's lady love, he backed off. Another thing, maybe its someone from his past. Im betting on its someone from his past though, because that whole thing with Ridhima seemed on the surface, an infatuation, probably not love. AHHH...can't wait until Abhi's past unfolds, Im eager to find out what lucky girl was in his past, and the whole ordeal of not doing surgeries..

I dont know i don't think he was too serious about Riddhima but in the beginning he was like so serious with no masti... so i think it might be someone else but that's a possibility...

i dont know about creatives..but i think that his past lvoe is the reason he doesnt do surguries anymore.. what do u think?

yeah it really has to be someone of his past, because in today's episode he said that "maine kabhi kisi ko mere itney qareeb aney nahi diya" the way he let Nikki come into his life, most likely due to a previous heartbreak, so that rules out Ridhima. Im really sad that Abhi had to be heartbroken like this..breaks my heart, that he had to see that once again in his life. He kept saying he's never gonna let Nikki break his heart again!!! yikes...im scared...I just hope she can get back into his life and stay their by his side and never let him down again.. gosh..this isnt gonna happen til months from now im guessing..UGHHHH...

yeah thats what ive been saying all along, that maybe he had to operate on his lady love..and he couldnt save her..
