It would be really nice to get Nikki jealous and all, but I honestly think we do not need any more entries of new characters LOL.. Its already soo complicated in handling all these couples LOL. But what I really want to see is some unfolding of Abhi's past. He's slowly talking about his past by mentioning that he was broken once before, now all we need is to see the same thing happen to his past love, like her getting badly injured, and Abhi will have to perform a surgery on her. This will definitely be an interesting twist in DMG regarding the AN track.

No actually i think they'll take SK since they're married... but i'd love to see her as a special guest appearance. But it'd be cool if he operated on Nikki if she got hurt.

i was thinking same....maybe he might have lovedd a girl nd she met wid an accident or she had some disease nd frm den onwards he stopped doing surgeries.....just a guess.

LOL..yeah SK, but for some reason, I think they will keep Keerthi since she is the head of the interns. Im sure she has to be an integral part of the show, but they will take a break with her for a while. Im sure Abhi will be running as the head of the interns while SK are on their honeymoon, but Keerthi has to come back. I dont know, maybe they wont, and Abhi will be their permanent head, who knows. This way, he can take revenge and teach the interns a lesson. But yeah, special appearance would be nice. But for some reason, I just think that the girl in his past died due to the surgery or something. Who knows what these CVs are thinking LOL..
