~~Thinking about the evergreen memories Mayank fell asleep that night…Next morning when he woke up he realized that he had only about 2 hours before the shoot and with the traffic and Mumbai roads it was impossible to get to the sets on time…he called up Karan and told him he would be running a little late…Karan was the only one who could handle the angry producers if anything got delayed….~~

At the sets… Drashti is pacing back and forth waiting for Mayank, it was almost time for their scene, but he was no where to be seen…and Karan had already went and talked with the producers about Mayank's delay… So the producers had went ahead with other scenes, but Drashti was not aware of any changes, so she was now really worried….

Drashti: (muttering to herself while pacing) Yeh Mayank kahaan reh gaya…? Phone karo…(she looks at her cell, scrolls down to his number, then turns it off yet again)…Nahi…main kyun phone karo…shayad voh apni book ki publishing kay liye meeting mein hoon…per bataya bhi nahi….

Karan: (noticing Drashti's strange behavior) Oye kya hua? Why are you so worried?

Drashti: Voh main…Mayank kahaan hain? Kub se wait kar rahi hoon?

Karan: Kyun kya hua? (not telling her just yet)

Drashti: Nhai humara scene hain aur voh abb tak sets per nahi aaya …(looking at the doorway again)

Karan: Haan toh wait karlo na…he'll be here eventually….waisey bhi tum usski parwa kub se karni lagi? (saying that he walks off, leaving Drashti in confusion)

~Mayank enters late~

Sunaina, Jennifer, Shewta: Hey Mayank…. (drashti just looks at him with anger)

Mayank: Hey guys… (smiles and glances at Drashti) Hi..Drashti…

Drahsti: (walks away towards the make up van without answering)

Mayank: Isse kya hua?

Shweta: Tum late hogaye na…iss liye…

Mayank: per maine toh karan ko…

Karan: (Coming from behind) Dude…you told me to tell the producers, you said nothing about drashti…by the way it's the perfect chance to question her…kyun voh teri itni parwa karti hain…?

Mayank: Karan yeh tu…

Karan: it's now or never… (saying that he leaves with others)

~Mayank goes to Drashti's make up van~

Mayank: (knocks)

Drashti: (tears brewing in her eyes she is startled by the knock)

Mayank: Drashti open the door?

Drashti: Kyun Mayank! (wiping her tears away)

Mayank: mujhay tujh se bat karni hain…open the door...(he knocks again)

Drashti: (opens the door) Bolo?

Mayank: kya main ander aa sakta hoon?

Drashti: (moves out the doorway, giving him room to come in)

Mayank: are you mad at me?

Drashti: No Mayank…why would I be…(she said casually)

Mayank: (notices the used tissues around her dressing table) toh phir why were you crying…

Drashti: Maynk yeh sub meray nahi hain…(looking away trying to cover up)

Mayank: (walks up to her so that he is standing right behind her) Fine… maanlo yeh sub tumharay nahi hain…per at least try to find a reason for these for yourself…mujhay nahi toh khud ko toh itna yakeen dila doh kay tumharey dil mein meary liye kuch toh hain…

Drashti: (looks up at him) May…

Mayank: Drashti…we don't get worried for someone just because…and sometimes we forget that this moment right here is it…and if we keep letting these moments to pass us by…we may never get what we want… tumhari ankhoon mein jo hain voh main parh sakta hoon per at least mujhay itna haq toh do…

Drashti: (looks at the intensity in his eyes) Kyun mayank kyun voh haq tumhay do jub main jaanti hoon yeh sub kuch tumharey liye aik kehl hain…ajj nahi toh kal tum mujhay phir se hurt karogay…phir wahi hoga joh ajj se 5 saal pehlayv hua tha...

Mayank: Jaanta hoon kay maine tumhay hurt kiya …per drashti tub main…I was not in the right mind frame, I did what I had to…aur main bahut immature tha…I didn't know what I wanted…where my life was headed…

Drashti: You left me and went to Chicago!... Mayank tum mujhay bina kuch kahe yun chaley gaye jaisey hum kabhi kuch thay nahi…yaad hain voh din jub humnay saath acting school mein admission liya tha…voh theater plays jis mein kabhi hum dono nay lead roles kiye…voh compliments jo loog humey diya kartey thay, "the perfect couple"…tum sub kuch aik pal mein badal kar chaley gaye..mujhay yuun beech raastey mein chod kar…! (her voice was breaking as tears started to flow from her eyes) .

Mayank: (guilt in his eyes) Drashti main…
