Yeah .... very good points guys. This show is Dill Mill Gayye ....... but romance of the same type which has been repeated will surely get boring one day.

I remember ... earlier too, there were cases and innovative concepts .. but all were woven in with the romantic story! Doctors were doing their jobs and at the same time romancing too. Nowadays, don't you think they are alll together neglecting their patients??

Let's go back to the memorylane .... Minnie helped Armaan woo Riddhima, Zoya Sehgal, the tarot card reader told Armaan of the upcoming jolt in Riddhima's life (her adoption), Dhoni and Sumit playing the 3rd angles in AR love story ............. but still AR romance was going on... and the patients were not being ignored!!

@everyone:masti , mazaq, romance its all alright when the pateints are being given the equal attention, but kanak u r talking about pateints,i have'nt seen any pateints yet in sanjeevani-lolz these days except for nana,armaan and the last one was debo and Bi.

Im sorry... I didn't get you... you havent seen patients?

Well, I know this is not Grey's Anatomy.... ther you had really difficult cases and the surgeries looked so real!!

But we can't expect that here. DMG is more a love story than a hospital's story. But still whatever patients... ok let's called them cases .... whatever cases we had in the past did help the story. Now we have none... and yeah you're right.... the last we had were Debu and Shahnaz Bi and Gappu (you forgot! and I think the writers have forgotten too... where is Gappu?).............
The conclusion I draw is ...............we need more than Nana!!
