I think it is Goving as well. Its the way he looks at her, his reactions, etc. He does not behave like that with his real sister. Krushna must know what happened and knows Govind did it and that is why Govind is so adamant on not having Krushna at his house. Krushna seems genuine to me.

Govind may look innocent but he is guilty.

Yeah there are some bits of proof in there which make it seem like Govind is the culprit.

I'm hoping the culprit is somehow linked to Krishna (his brother-in-law?) and Krishna tried to save him, hence Govind hates Krishna. That would make more sense because then Govind's character can stay in the show, otherwise if they show him to be the culprit and reveal him, that whole family will be shattered.
