I Shall take you to a Park

Where No Dogs Bark

And No Aayi whos a Shark

And a Dadi with her Caustic Remark(s)

We Will Sit Under a Beautiful Tree so Stark

and Plan a Journey we will Embark

We will Go to Denmark

and sing hindi movie songs to reduce Stress Marks

All I wanted was to propose

That policeman poked his ugly nose

I had to give him an extra "dose"

For he touched my lovely rose!

For that he made me count the rows

Locked me up and ended my shows

The sakharpuda is fixed but an unsatisfied Prem

Wanted to propose to Nandu who set his heart aflame

Prem was so besotted

That he resorted

To playing a really dangerous game

He snatched Nandu off the road into his car

He took her to an old decorated fort quite far

He was wrong no doubt

His luck ran out

The romantic date turned into a war!

There came a cop who took offence to the lovers

He looked aksance at the couple and the flowers

Nandu's hand he grabbed

Prem then charged

Then it was a free for all among the clovers!

To the police station he marched them off asap

And shut Prem behind bars and talked a lot of crap

Poor Nandu cowered

Prem shouted and glowered

But no effect did all this have on the angry cop!

A woman on the bench helped Nandu make a call

Along came Krushna, charming and tall

Prem brow furrowed

His eyes narrowed

But was relieved when the guy got him out from jail!

I had written some of this earlier but didn't get to post it........added a bit more and posting it now! Thinking up the rhymes has made me feel better! Will add more on the sakhar puda and wedding soon! 😆😆
