so true. Why does the makers thing promoting a flop bwood actor will get them audience? Haasil was overly promoted with zayed and dsjz with sanjay kapoor. These actors couldnt connect with the audience and thats the reason why they didnt make it big in bwood.

I havent seen much of sanjay kapoor's work but from dsjz it seems he is a decent actor and he was funny in shandaar. But he is good as a character actor and not as a lead. The kind of audience dsjz needed was the kind who watches netflix over indian tv channels and for that they should have promoted the original couple and the original story. The only thing interesting in dsjz promos was the title track. Other than that it seemed like a typical hindi serial which it wasnt. They should have atleast shown rehaan as an important character in the promos like they did with laila.
