A glimpse of understanding

Today, the clown Rehaan finally showed a glimpse of his serious self. The apology to Ahana was short, sweet and sincere. Without creating any pity for himself, he showed regret and empathy. When he returned the bracelet, he had teased and mocked her a bit. But now, learning the truth, he manned up and apologized.

As Rehaan walks away, Ahana's expressions show the perfect blend of emotions. Confusion, empathy, pain, guilt. She wonders what just happened? The annoying irresponsible Rehaan has feelings too? How come she never considered that he too knows what it is like to lose a parent. He even lost both of them. Could it be she misjudged him? Suddenly, she feels that she might even understand him.

Guilt is the main feeling Rehaan is dealing with at the farm house. Not only because of the bracelet and teasing incident, but the lie he told AM is eating him up alive. He had no desire to lie, but feels he has no other choice. Even though AM knows the truth, I hope he does not confront Rehaan and let him come clean himself, just like he had planned.

Laila might be tough and calculated, but she understands Roshni very well. Actually, it takes one to know one. She recognizes the manipulative manners for which everyone is falling.

Laila has found out that Gupta has set out a financial trap for her. Ahana has challenged her to get out of this mess. I wonder how she will do this without asking Anant for help.

Does anyone know why Gupta hates Laila so much? Besides the fact Laila is a gold digger in his eyes, and the cheque, he seems very vindictive. Why? She nor her daughter can access his money right? I wonder with whom Laila had that affair or affairs.

Ahana has been bonding nicely with everyone. I wonder what Bua really thinks of Ahana and Laila.

The scene between Anant and Yamini was beautiful and sweet. In a different setting, these were exactly the words Yamini wanted to hear from Anant. I find it endearing in a way, to see Yamini's love for Anant and the kids. She is not poisoning anyone's mind just to get the man. I suppose, she will suffer in silence and experience this one sided love.
