Why they all forgot about it?

In this messing fight about who is right and who is wrong, why everybody seems to forget what happened in the kidnapping track? Is it so unimportant that those two crazy in love people saved each other's life by risking his own? I understand that at that time it was better to hide the story, but now it could be revealing for both families how strong bonded they are. Both families are wise enough to see that their children's life is more important than wealth, pride or vanity.

I think writers are suffering from short term memory loss because of which we are suffering from high bp.😆
