If #DilHiTohHai was another Ekta type show, this is how sautela scene would have gone:

Reeva: agar aap mere sage bhai hote toh yeh sab nhi puchte

(Loud bg music & zoom in on Rithwik & all family members)

Then Mamta would have walked in slow motion & gave Reeva a slap. 😲

The slap would have been repeated for 3-4 times. (Everyone present there would be shocked & camera would zoom in on every single character capturing their shocked face and then finally landing on Mamta's face. All this while the loud & our favorite background tune "tadam tadam tadam" along with "tidish tidish tidish" would be playing)

Then Mamta would have shouted on her top voice and being all melodramatic & told her how she doesn't discriminate between her childrens, & with the evergreen dialogues like "yehi sikhaya hai maine bachpan se" "zindagi mein yehi din dekhna baki reh gaya tha"😡

Even while revealing it to Reeva it wouldn't have been so subtle. There would have been so much drama. Instead of doing it in private it would have been subjected to public show!
