Rudra marriage was not Marriage because it was because of alcoholic influence. And alcoholic marriage can't be considered true.

Creative showed it properly. When rudra said yes to tej proposal and his marriage was exposed by media, shivay and omkara asked rumya that they considered marriage as marriage or not.

And they said no. Everyone accepted that decision.

In dbo rumya was start to ishqbaaazi ka safar but unfortunately rumya scrapped.

Hence I disagree with the opinion that rudra is married. Marriage was already considered dead by rumya in ishqbaaaz before start of Dbo.

Also I don't understand why a marriage under alcoholic influence and without consent is getting approved here.

I don't find rudra desperate. He has good sensitive nature. He liked bhavya and trying to woo her. There is nothing wrong to move in life. He is also doing everything for bhavya selflessly.

Today their hug scene was good and emotional.

Also their hug is not lusty because they like each other so their hug is mutual and emotional.

Dear if Rumya marriage is not valid, so is Shivika's and Rikara's none of them got properly married actually. And about Rumya, even if they were under alcoholic influence theirs was a legal communal marriage. IF partners married are not accepting their marriage, they should annul legally and not just say i am not considering this as a marriage. Because heart felt feelings can change any moment, unless anything is done legally its not acceptable. It is the law of our land.. When people are protesting against triple talaq, showing this stuff is really brainless from CV's side. Do things legally and whichever is acceptable way and fall in love or do whateva.

Love blossoms even in arranged marriages with strangers. ITs not the point, but here they are not married and she falling in love with him for saving her despite being an acp who should have protected herself, is totally pointless.

I love Obros very much and like each one of them for their own characterizations but all are damaged beyond a point to be redeemed. Sadly!!

I am feeling bad but I kind of agree that they have pretty much made Om useless who neither can solve his problems, nor his families and even not help Gauri. Till when we can harp about his help in marriage but after that they turned him pretty much not doing anything on his own.
Rudra whatever it is atleast helping someone successfully but Om isn't doing that also.
They have damaged him entirely and now proving that nothing can be solved with truth and integrity you have be liar to solve every problem. Om biggest strengths are turned into his biggest weakness. It would have been good if they had made it 50-50 that u need truth also but alas to make Gauri Mahan they made Om completely useless now. Previously I had excuse that due to Svetlana he is angry not able to think properly but she is out now so he should be normal and start thinking but again he is turned in stupid and need help from Gauri to solve all his problems. I am hating this now the most.

Just because tej loves Lana.. it doesn't mean that tejvi s marriage is not a legal and valid one. I think it answered ur question right.. and about sowmya saying no.. I guess it was evident from how she said no the marriage.. and coming to the CV,s the very fact that they have ended rumya track loose endedly means they can still bring her back if current is not working.. that's how they work it out for Trp's.. it's for them to worry and we can like or dislike any part of the show because we are paying to watch it at the end of day.. no forcible liking or disliking will help I guess

According to Indian law, Shivika and Rikara marriage is illegal. Rumya marriage is legal because they had a community marriage. But in Gul mata's universe, Shivika and Rikara are married, while Rumya marriage is legal. Gul could have shown Rumya taking a divorce, but I guess she was just in a hurry to end the Rumya track, and winded it up in just one scene. One reason can be that CVs wanted to keep the back door open for Soumya if Ruvya are not accepted in the show. If Soumya would have taken divorce from Rudra, then there would have no reason for her to return back to OM.
So if Bhavya is not accepted by the audience, then Rumya marriage will be brought back into focus.

I think it's better not to accept any logic in Gul's show. Anything is possible in Gul mata's universe 😆
She can make any of the couple's marriage legal and illegal at any point of time in this show.

Quick question, is there a leap happening in DBO like in IB? If so, then i think they're just trying to stall the rikara story until the leap by going in circles. They'll pick up the real story after the leap i guess.
