Chulbul overhears Swetlana saying that she will make Omkara so weak and vulnerable that he will stop trusting himself. Omkara starts hallucinating about a child, and thinks that he is losing his mind.

I think... that is how ChulBul will help him overcome all his emotions and difficulties... so that later when Gauri truth his revealed he may soften his stand towards Gauri
