After following sarats (conditions😆) Mithun reh sakte hai:
1) Kya baat kya baat ka over dose nahi...soch samaj ke de
2) Grand salute ek hi baar de fri-sat dono din mein se
3) Pehle woh comments kare ...performance mein kya acha laga..usme 3 cheez honi chahiye
a) 2-3 kon kon se steps ache the
b) kon si mistakes hue
c) mistake se inspiration kuch life philoshophy
4) zyada emotional atyachar nahi family background ka..kuch haad tak thik hai...ek hi mention ho...baar baar nahi
5) saab ko sambhav samdrishti se treat kare...for example my rajeev ko...

I like Mitun da, but I don't like him as GM. During this season he really got on my nerves. I think there needs to be a new GM, but that will not happen because I think DID is his concept.

well there is no need to get rid of him. but frankly speaking, he needs help! he has no idea how to criticize or analyze dance (well, i am not gonna say he has no idea. but he doesn't have the professional expertise to judge). which is understandable cuz after all he is no choreographer. my problem is not him personally. i would've said this even if it was some other person who doesn't know how to judge dancing. I don't mind dada in the show for moral support. but i feel for someone who doesn't know much about dancing, he has way too many powers. and so, someone should be brought to judge along with him. he can still judge! but now he has someone that will judge along with him.

and i think, thinking from a contestant point of view, i would want someone who is not a master (cuz sometimes biases prevent them from being objective) to give an honest opinion. if the GM criticizes, you will not feel so bad. but if a master criticizes, u will not be sure as to what to make of it. are they criticizing me cuz i am not their student or are they really telling me that so that i can improve? u want to believe that they want to improve u as a dancer. but u r never sure. and same thing when they praise you. is he/she praising me just cuz i am their contestant or am i really that good?

so all in all, i think it is ok for dada to stay. but he needs someone to help hm out. and the contestants deserve some advice that has less room for it to be biased.
