So I just got to know from reliable sources that....masters never literally "choreograph" an act. They just keep an eye on their assistants and see if they are doing properly.

For example, Rajeev's assistants are Shrikant, Deepak, Vishal, Kaushal, Minku, Jai Kumar etc...and all these guys are the one that direct and choreograph an act. Masters' job is to just supervise them 😕

And this is true for all masters I believe.

PS: If you already knew this, please act shocked okay 😳😆 mere self-confidence ke khaatir 😆

EDIT: Oh and Wild-card shoot is on 21st Feb...so telecast most probably on 25-26 Feb 😉

Lets see sikke ke dusre pehlu.... Geeta...who is dubbed to be the lone flag bearer of Indian classical dance 😛.... she seldom choreographs pure classical.... season 2 was mostly about aerial and hiphop for her... sadly she couldn't do a single step😛

It would be better to call Geeta as dance supervisor or dance director.... who don't teach dance but direct a dance....kyunki dance sikhane k liye pehle dance karke dikhana parta hain 😃

The whole bollywood industry thrives on this chain system of assistants. Farah said that Sheila ki Jawani dance's large part was choreographed by Geeta. Fine. But can you imagine Faran or Geeta doint the Sheila ki jawani the signature belly dancing step for Katrina?

The industry is all about the heirarchy of the assistants😳

So the bottom line is I'm not shocked 😃

😃 Oh sorry I missed the part where Terrence physically demonstrated each and every dance style that he and his assistants choreographed in DID 1 and DID 2......... I didn't see him performing hip hop, paso doble, Indian classical, etc........😃 I didn't know that was a new criteria in being a choreographer now........So the great Saroj Khan who molded Madhuri in to a brilliant dancer should be able to do every step that she choreographs for Madhuri as well......interesting...same for Ganesh ji the choreographer, same for Remo etc......😃 a dance supervisor or dance director position? 😕 ummm that's a what a choreographer does, they design a dance and then make sure that the dancers execute it the way it's designed.......😃 I would love to see Remo, Terrence, Geeta, or any of the other choreographers compete with actual dancers......They would be eliminated in the first round.........Terrence is not nearly as good a dancer today as people on his team such as Kruti, Alisha, etc are......Just like Remo is not nearly as good a dancer today as people on his team such as Salman, Punit etc. are........same with Geeta ma.......😃 climbing up on ropes without a shirt one week doesn't prove anything....if Terrence wants to prove his dancing skills then let him compete as a dancer with other contestants....then doodh ka doodh or paani ka paani ho jayega.........😃 the only competition that Terrence, Geeta, and Remo were engaged in DID 1 and DID 2 was a choreography competition and the results were pretty mixed for all 3 both season.....
