Yea phil's theory ran in my mind too ... but seriously how can baapji know? I mean baapji's behavior has been like this with mohan from day one ... its not like he changed after finding out the degree thing ... the day mohan entered the house he was like that only ... and at that time he did not know of the degree being fake because he was happy to hold it ... so when his behavior did not change later on and was always like that only ... him knowing about mohan's problems won't make any sense at all
