DOTW: Is love taking over friendship/Promises?

Today's episode was great!!

Dharam and Veer's friendship - I thought Veer will never ever grow out of brother's love and affection. But today when Ananya said, 'Ananya ki ankhen Veer ki pehchan laeti hai' did you see the look on Veer's face? I hope he is thinking how dumb his brother is who is literally living and breathing over his shoulder all the time but could not recognise him! And Ananya who has dropped in the cave from nowhere (according to Veer) has recognised him!! I love the scene when for a moment Veer's focus went to Ananya after coming out of that cave and held her and then they both started walking away from Dharam. Thank god he did not come out of that cave and rushed to his bro first thing to ask 'tum thik to ho na'...please God let him grow up and see through his love.

Shera did not mind her father's words/promise - Here's Dharam who left him inside the cave in grave danger and then there is Ananya who went back into it despite of the danger just to save him...let him see the difference!

Is the transition happening? Has it happened? If not, when will it happen?

I too am thinking how can dharam not recognise veer?At least he shld hv a doubt when shera called 'veer'.

Yes,shera's love has taken over everything but she still remembers her father's promise. She has decided 2 4get veer but haalat usse hamesha veer ke kareeb le aate hain.Like she said few episodes back,"Kismat shera ko baar baar dv se mila deti hai."Kal bhi kismat ne hi to khel khela tha.😛 It's destiny who is bringing veer and shera close to each other.😊

exactly subha, agree with every word 😛 Hopefully now veer will realise ananya's feelings for him & also perhaps notice the diff betw dharam & ananya. Perhaps now we will get to see veer give sum attention to another person besides dharam. 😆 😆

Well,it's not abt the diff.btw them.Ananya can never take the place of dharam in veer's heart.Dharam will always be the most imp.person in his life.Bas,usse sirf ananya ke liye apne dil mein jagah banani chahiye.😉😛

I dont think it is right to say that love is taking over friendship.Every relation has its place and importance.U cant compare the two different relations with one another. With dharam veer has a relation of brother and friends and if something happens between shera and veer then he'll share a different relationship with shera.Dharam cant take shera's place and shera cant take his place.

are really the bonds between Dharam n veer have been taken up by that singhasan..
that Dharam forgot every thing for just that competition

yeah, dharam singhasan ki daud me sab kuchh bhul gaya!!kya veer kya unki friendship 😭 😭
use to veer ko ek baar touch karne se hi pehchaan lena chahiye!! but here...when shera called...veer veer...at that time also he didnt bothered to think for a second that sambhu is veer!! 😕 😕 just assumed by himself that she thinks sambhu is his bro veer 😕 😕 ...i think he should have asked him to show his face at that time..but...
whereas shera recognise him whith his moustache..i think she is smart enough..

I do agree on the part how Dharam is ignorant of Veer's presence. But you can't entirely rule out that Dharam has lost all the affection and love for his brother.Aren't there many instances of a person not being able to recognize his/her dear ones when they are very close to them? Also Dharam wants Veer to stand on his own feet. There is really no need for Veer to be a shadow for Dharam. If his absence harms/kills Dharam let it; atleast Veer can have an independant identity.

Shera had seen Veer's face and she had overheard DV's conversation on searching for the treasure. As Veer knew many precise details regarding the treasure it would be obvious to know who Dharam's companion in disguise was.Veer wouldn't lose time in putting two and two gether. He already realized that it was Rajkumari Ananya all way long with them and he might easily guess Ananya being near him most of the times.

Veer helped her indirectly by telling the right address and her saving him maybe regarded as a token of gratitude. And Dharam was forced to leave the cave be Veer.

And if Veer-Ananya fall in love in future it would not overshadow DV's friendship unless they develop indifferences based on their political thoughts.Just because you got a girl who likes you you can't forget or neglect the precious brotherhoodness shared for so long (despite the fact that they have already seperated partially).

Veer during his journey got to see the deep love of two brothers and hence decided to be close to Dharam.I don't see any reason why Dharam wouldn't long to get back to Veer if he too got to watch something like that.

Wow...how long was I gone for 😊 I have to differ with the above. God gave us all the relations that we see around us, parents, siblings, cousins..even the marriages are built in heaven but there's only 1 relationship that God does not have any hands on- the ones we build with our hearts and that includes love and friendship which creates a mysterious bond between 2 complete strangers!! Veer n Dharam are not brothers, they don't even have any blood relation just as same for Shera n Veer. So Veer shares the same feelings for both...just by heart! initially it was filled by Dharam but the way their differences are growing and the timing of Shera's interventions, her healing and filling his heart with that love and affection that he is not getting from Dharam any more will eventually take over Veer! I am not saying because of Shera or even not coz of her, they will split or become enemies...just saying that one heart in one body and one soul and many can live in there (if its a big one like Veer's) but God forbid if you ever have to choose one...who will it be??

I completely agree with you. dont we all have these basic relations in our lives too. And where dharam is concerned i dont think he has forgotten veer and his love for him; its justr tht they have diff .personalities....like veer thinks with his heart and hence his ultimate lakshya is relationships...where as dharam thinks with his head and his lakshya is duty and rules.

And there is no reason why ananya shud take over dharam's place..infact she is the one who has witnessed their love and frindship all along and maybe when either of them forget due to circumstances she might help to remind and samzao them.
