I have heard that he had got few pimples before but due to heavy makeup entire day during shooting and bad weather and outdoor shooting his skin as worsen and his pimples have increased drastically.

i sincerely feel for true rt fans pimple should not matter and in the case of importance for his career yes you are right rt should get rid of them to maintain nice skin and i think he should wipe his face with ice daily as it kills bacteria which produce pimples or wash his face often with cold fridge water it will be nice for him
