Someone had posted that the aryanagar's sipahi who had disguised himself as a shramik and was killed was jv is one of the men of shakaal.

I saw another recycling yesterday.One of the member of the rajya sabha who was killed by jv after dv ran away frm the jail,is also one of the men of shakaal,He was holding injured dharam.
