Dharam fights well and has Karan down in a few seconds.While he turns back Karan quickly pulls out a knife and stabs Dharam in his thighs.Dharam falls in pain and everyone rush to him.He rudely takes off Veer's hands when he comes to help him and tells that he still has the courage to fight with him.Guruji reprimands Karan and throws him out of the competition.
At Raj Gurukul Ananya manages to open the trap door and take out a small treasure chest.When she is about to leave that room she hears footsteps and watches the door slide open.Guruma and her attendant enter to find no one there.She wonders about the whereabouts of her and walks off.Ananya guesses that Guruma might have come to know about her quest for treasure.She decides put back the map behind the statue.
At Aryanagar Rudra the new soldier is beating an old man mercilessly for stopping the work.Sakshi comes there to give him water.Rudra tells that it was wrong of him to treat an old man who couldn't work like that.He snatches a soldier's javelin and stabs the old man thus killing him.Seeing this Sakshi runs off and hides.She cries there to send Veer soon.
Dharam is being applied medicine to his wound.Veer enters and asks him if he is in pain.Dharam tells no and when Veer asks if the competition should be postponed by a day he tells there is no necessity for that.He continues to tell that he is capable of fighting and to not consider him weak.He tries to stand up but refuses Veer's support.He walks off and Veer sees his blood strained footsteps.He feels very sad and tears glisten in his eyes.
At the ground everyone is waiting for Veer.Veer arrives limping and when he finally comes face to face with Dharam D is shocked and pained to see his leg wounded.When he asks why he did so to himself Veer replies that war is to happen between equals.They start knocking each other but none win.Gurjui stops them and tells that the last stage of the battle would take place in the grounds near the Mandir and says that they would be fighting with different weapons.
Karan smiles hearing this and thinks why he shouldn't have a view of those weapons first.After everyone leaves Dharam tells Veer that he has not forgotten what Nivritti has said but they should consider this contest seriously as it would be very helpful if they ever have to fight in real life in future.He also adds that no relationship exists while fighting and asks him to forget about theirs temporarily as it would make him more weaker than his anger would.
At Kala Bhavan Ananya walks towards Guruma's room with the map.Guruma is tensed and asks her assistant to search the whole building again thoroughly.Thus saying she walks off and Ananya arrives from the opposite direction with the map.She ducks behind a pillar just in time to avoid a confrontation with her.Later she enters Guruma's room and is about to place the map in its usual place.But she thinks for a moment and drops it on the ground.
Guruma later comes to her room and is informed by her assistant that Ananya is sleeping in her room as she is not well.Guruma angrily asks whether she hadn't seacrhed her room earlier and the assistant replies no.Maya again feels tensed and wonders what would have happened to the map if Ananya had not taken it.Her gaze shifts towards the map on the ground and she picks it up and is happy to know that it is safe and had only fallen on the ground.
Before the fight starts Karan exchanges Dharam's sword with a weaker one and returns sadistically happy.Before the fight starts Guruji tells that the person whose weapon first falls fails.DV pick up the sticks and get ready to fight.Veer tells that he doesn't have the mood to fight for which Dharam retorts if he is feeling scared.Veer smiles and adds whether he should fear him.Dharam in reply tells that "Tum ek behtar bhai ho per behtar khiladi to hum hai".They start the fight amidst cheering supporters and in a short course of time Dharam's stick falls.He looks up at Veer agitatedly.
