After playing the divine character of Sati opposite her real life beau Mohit Raina in 'Devon Ke Dev... Mahadev', Mouni Roy will be seen in another unconventional role in her latest project, a fantasy drama.
She will turn snake woman for Ekta Kapoor's show, 'Naagin'.
Informs a source associated with the project, "The channel has pinned its hopes on the show and is leaving no stone unturned to make it a talking point. They were keen on roping in Mouni for the title role, and the deal got sealed after a long discussion. It's a story of a modern snake woman."
Mouni was last seen in the dance reality show 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa'.
