hence he didnt touch seeta in that sence

Sita refused to stay in Ravana's palace so he held her captive in Ashok vatika but was unable to touch her because of vedavati's curse

This show seems to be 1) male-centric and 2) Mahadev is given credit for things he did not do. Narayan saving(?) Ravan by coming in between... Never heard or read anything like this... As the member shani88 has written they can make Ram an avatar of Mahadev😆

The next person given prominence after Mahadev is Ganesh and all the rest are either like spectators in a tableau or just side characters to fill the screen with some nods of approval now and then...

Why I am saying male-centric is because the hero has to always save the damsels in distress..

1) Shiva saved Sati from some monster

2) Shiva saved Parvati from some asur

3) Jalandhar (great victimized hero according to DKDM) saved Vrinda from a shower of arrows from the devas

4) Kartikeya saved Devasena from some asuras and she was drooling at his Jodha Akbar sword act😆

5) Ganesh saved Siddi and Buddi from two asuras, one during childhood and the other after growing up.

But, Parvati, who was able to take as many forms as Durgasur, could not take one more form and kill him and save Mahadev when he was a small boy to the Brahmin couple, even though he could be killed only by a woman. They had to show Mahadev killing him with his trishul after he was struck by Parvati's spear. Thus they do not like to show women power... Even in a playful game, Siddi and Buddi have to lose so that Ganesh can win the ring.. The only place where a woman saved a man (hero Jalandhar) was when his mom saved him from Indra, dying in the process..... But Jalandhar was given hero status only because that role was played by MR. If any other actor had done that role, they would have given two prominent horns to him also and made him go after Parvati in the same way they are showing Ravan now..😆.

Hanuman is ansh avatar of Mahadev and only with his help can Ram defeat or kill Ravana. Thanks to Narada's curse to Vishnu that a vanar will come to his rescue and help him defeat or kill his enemy. Once narada realises that his mistake of cursing Vishnu, he apologises to him but Vishnu is happy that he cursed because only Mahadev can help him and he is the one who would come in Hanuman (ansh avatar) avatar to his rescue.

Whether it is Ramayana or Mahabaratha, Mahadev and Vishnu's role is very pivotal, without them it would've never got over. In Mahabarath when Krishna chooses to be the sarathy, Hanuman voluneteers to guard the chariot in the form of symbol on the flag. Hence it was because of Vishnu and Hanuman that Arjuna was victorious.

About Ramayan...im fearing this will stretch on like a rubber band...:/
The only important part is the Hanuman angle
Which i doubt will come later
Also Hanuman Ji has an identify seperate from Mahadev...
Hes a deity in himself...
So im worried about the treatment here...

Becharey Mahadev, would be thinking ...I was accha bhala Vairagi..and then everybody forces to get married and I get married like a zillion times and then mere bacho ki shaadi, mere ansh ki shaadi, and after that I get to hear long lectures from biwi and Saalaji...I was better in Smashaan😆
