That is the dialogue and scene that stays with you even after the epi is over. The screenplay is tight these days and credit to the writer for that and so is the dialogues which is very good.
Especially when Jalandhr made those observations to Shukracharya today.

Sorry to join discussion a bit late...Jaya,Jhum et al..but you guys seriously think there is a great scope for women in Indian cinema ? Some regional films maybe. I wouldn't want a good performer to become an arm candy to a Bollywood superstar in some idiotic movie.

But being an arm candy on a big screen can be converted later to meaningful roles like Vidya Balan does now. She started off in a Balaji show hum Paanch. She does not have the best of looks or figure but look where she has reached.
U have to think of the larger picture good roles will not happen over night. If Sona gets good opportunities she should go for it. Because bada pardha is bada after all means not only big moolah but bigger recognition.

Actually the scenario in Bollywood is changing. There have been movies which have had only the heroine as the lead. These movies have worked well also

Exceptions are not rules. If they make more such movies more power to them. Women deserve to see good role models on-screen also. And no..I never said saas-bahu serials are good or she should move over to that.
I want meaningful roles for performers like Sona. Not come for a few songs or cry non-stop in a saas-bahu serial.

Exactly my point Arijit look where she has reached and the kind of roles Vidya is doing now. U might have to start of by being the arm candy initially but once u get a foothold and some recognition u can convert that to ur advtg.
Priyanka Chopra is another actress who has balanced career very well by doing glam roles at the same time she displays her talent to the best by doing roles like in Barfee and Saath Khoon Maaf.
