Rishi Dadhichi's death is indeed very sad. I think he is one of the best characters in DKDM and one of my favourites. Its people like him that can be called the greatest devotees of God because of the humble and self-less way they lived their lives in the service of God, and even died for the good of the world (not people like Ravan, who keeps flaunting his almost self-appointed title of "Greatest Bhakt of Mahadev" but is extremely arrogant about it - I say "almost self-appointed title" because [in DKDM, anyway] he specifically asked for the title rather than earning it by his deeds).
It is just unfortunate that Indra seemingly [in DKDM, anyway] had no remorse for the fact that such a great man died because of his stupid mistakes.
I think one thing we can learn from the story of Rishi Dadhichi's sacrifice is that we shouldn't be arrogant and cause such good people to have to give up things (their lives or other things) because of our own selfishness, and that we should try to be good people!
Mahadev's words in yesterday's episodes that Rishi Dadhichi would be remembered for as long as their is life in the universe is indeed true (which of course is why they had it in the show). He will be sorely missed. ðŸ˜
