The same person as shiva...whom we love and as jalandhar..whom we hate...

but here the problem is every time i see jalndhar...he reminds me of shiva...that is really painful to watch..

anyways...most ppl are ok with it...why should i bother?

my only remedy to get out of this...i will shut seeing mahadev until completion of jalandhar track...

any how i have old episodes to cherish...😊

Although I love Mohit as an actor, I too feel that Jalandhar should have been played by another actor. I love Mohit as Mahadev and he should have been just that. I simply couldnt accept him as Jalandhar. Sorry, just IMO.

I think Mohit is fab as Jalandhar! But I don't know why he's at times made to act like Frankenstein or something! The kid Jalandhar was fine but I don't understand why the adult is asked to act so weird. One does not have to keep his head tilted forever to look like he's hungry for revenge!

He is a brilliant actor...but i have other reasons

1)one person cant do two things at a time,if he does ine always bares the brunt

Had the Mahadev story been from the original scriptures, I'd have agreed w/ you. But Mahadev going on this wild goose chase to get Parvati back her memory reminds me of the AS Ramayan's swarna kamal episodes, where Luv & Kush went on a wild goose chase for about a month to hunt down a legendary flower. Here, Parvati had asked Mahadev to bring her some flowers, and that he'd have to win her back if he failed, and instead, they are turning it around by testing Parvati instead.

Honestly, I find this excruciatingly boring to watch. Jalandhar is, by contrast interesting, and unlike others, I don't watch them for jodis, so Vrinda is not a factor (although Neha Marda looks far better here than she did as Gehna in BV). I like Jalandhar intellectually challenging the legitimacy of what the devas did in the past, and focusing on that. Of course, the romance aspect drives trps, so there wasn't gonna be a story w/o Vrinda.

But I'm scared of one thing - just as they perverted the characters of people like Vajrang to embellish Vishnu, I'm afraid that they'll show Vrinda as somewhat evil and make her less sympathetic, so that if they show Vishnu violating her, the audience won't be sympathetic. In Friday's episode, they showed her being such a chatterbox of a doc, I was blown away - that seems to be a big contrast w/ what's been written about her.

Let's see what they show.
