SHE WAITS FOR HER STHANU

The Universe bowed to the Supreme Power.

Shakthi transformed into Kanya and returned to the temple.

She sat cross legged as Curds, Ghee, Milk and honey was poured on her as Abhishekam.

Garlands made of flowers, Veppelai [ neem] and Lemon was offered to her.

She was once again calmed as she listened to the Chanting of the Sahastranamam by her children.

Her hand touched the Jata around her wrist. They had never parted, Mahamayyi and Mahamaya.

Swamy she called.

To your devotees you will stand on the shores of the ocean waiting for your Shiva.

But for Shiva, his Shakthi never left him.

He held out his hand, calling her back to him.

As the Abhishekam continued. Shakthi spiritual being left her to unite with her Devadideva.

Kanya's beautiful physical body turned into a stone.

The virgin goddess was dressed in Pattu pavadai and Pattu Davani. In one hand she held a rudraksha malai. Gold jewellery around her neck, a crown made of Gold adorned her head.

And On Her Nose a diamond Mookuthi glittered and glimmered.

Kanya Kumari stood facing the vast sea waiting for her Sthanu.

Loved your description of showing the anger of Shakthi, reminded me off the days when Mouni & Sonarika took the Aadi Shakti avatar to save people from evils.

DEARest of friends,
This brings to an end of the Story of Kanya Kumari.
Thanking each and everyone of you who read, commented, admired, appreciated, the story.
I feel humbled and blessed to have written the story of the Supreme Power.
the world needs more Stree Shakthi.
We need to bring the Parashakthi within us to face this cruel world.

The story has been written in my own words. I have not refereed to any scriptures except for the main story line.
If there are any mistakes please do forgive me.
I also want to mention Jhum [Kadamvari] who pushed me to write this story. If it was not for her I would not have even dreamt of writing about the Divine Goddess.
My deepest thanks to Jhum, it was for me a blessing.
