@mrmrfrever, convincing our elders is difficult at times😆There are risks of recommending a show to them, it doesn't turn upto their expectations as the approach of the makers is different compared to other Mytho shows. Actually strong Vaishnavites are happy at the way Vishnuji is shown here. Generally Shivites are broad minded, they'll like everything is centered on Shivji.

actually Shivaji is shown in good light only but it's Parvati who is not being shown right

the disclaimer of the show says everything-as to what can be expected from the show

Well said guys.this post came just on time as I am seeing many members getting extremely disappointed with whatever is shown recently.We should realize this show is competing with many popular shows of primetime so they have to show it in a way so that people can watch this show too.They very well know people mostly don't prefer to watch mythos so it has been a big challenge for them and they have really worked very hard for it.It's an achievement for them and us that this is among the top 10 popular and successful shows.
Certain things we should believe and accept and certain things we should not,that's it!Just because they are showing Kartikeya and Parvati in a different way,that doesn't mean they are trying to prove that what they are showing is correct and what we know and believe is wrong.They have NEVER said that whatever we are showing is only correct so why should we bother?Let them show whatever they want.In the end of the day,we all know it's just a serial.
We shouldn't forget they have shown us many good episodes too and have increased our knowledge in many aspects specially the spiritual one.We should have zero expectations from the show then only we can enjoy watching it.
