that is there-but common Gods are anant-they never age...so she wont have to sport grey hair😆...but i still want her as Parvati!

It's not a question of gray hair. Playing mother to two children requires a mature appearance. Mohit has that; he isn't old or anything but his face has that maturity. He can fit into the role of a father. Mouni on the other hand looks very young which has helped her to play the very young and naive Sati. But the same thing would work against her once they get to the "Parvati as a mother" stage. Honestly I crack up every time I imagine Mouni standing with 2 boys who call her mother. She can play an elder sister but a mother? Can you see her calling out to her boys "Putra"? 😆

I remember Indrani Haldar played Devi in a show years ago. She had that mature look I am talking about.

In any case, I'm sure Mouni will play Parvati too. I don't think you have to worry about that.

imgine Mohit playing a Dad,but you have a point Mouni looks very young!-but it depends till what point they take the story,if they show Ganapati and Kartikeya as Grown ups calling her Ma-that will be weird!...ha ha...but yeah two very very special kids there-Kartikeya and My Ganapati Bappa...im dying to see how they show that-but tab ka tab dekh lenge

They can cast Surendra pal only as Himavat. They can show good side of a father. So Hemavat & Mena can be our Daksh & Prasuti😆

It is practically not possible, but if they can get Ram from future, then Daksh can play Himavat😃

One good point about it is Surendra Pal being a good actor, he could manage it...

I wonder if they will show the Indra-vs-Vritra story in the period between Sati's death and Parvati's birth.

Maybe samudra manthan will be shown in this period too. Yeah I know, some versions of the story mention Parvati holding Shiva's throat while he drinks the poison but there are also many versions where she is not mentioned at all and Shiva appears alone.

But how samudra manthan is possible bacause I guess GOddess Lakshmi came out of Samudra then how will they be able to show .

Depends on how they interpret it. They could show Durvasa cursing Indra and devas and Lakshmi subsequently going into Ksheersagar (and coming out when it is churned). Or they could show the Lakshmi who comes out of the ocean as an avatar of the original Lakshmi.

Dear its Obvious that Mouni will play Godess Parvati also bcoz i hv seen many serials on Lord Shiva in each one of them Sati and Parvati is played by the Same... And also Sati and Parvati are one not different both of them are Goddess Adi Shakti so the apperance will physical appearance will remain same...
