It was their 12^th farewell. Oh man! She was so happy. Her happiness knew no bounds. She had waited for 2 long years. Can you imagine 2 long years for a single thing?? So finally he did propose her though she thought he never would but still. He was her love her first crush since the day she entered her college. Well yeah he was a guy on whom even the teachers used to drool over. He had dated almost every ho girl in that college but never thought he would propose her.

THE FAREWELL NIGHT,

Guy: hey manyata can I have a word with you outside alone plz?

Manyata: sure why not!

Both went out and the moment they entered the garden the guy was on his knees.

Guy: manyata singh, I know im very stupid to ask you this now on the last day of our college but still I love you will you be my girlfriend?

She gets down of the car and goes only to see people surrounding him no one ready to help.

Manyata with the help of her bodyguards took the man to hospital. He was injured badly. His face was torn out. The doctors immediately took him in the operation theatre as manyata sat there surrounded by gaurds. Evn in the hospital ppl were going crazy for getting a glimpse of her.

After a tedious work of 3 hours the docs finaly came out.

Manyata: doc hows he?

Doc: mam he is f9 out of danger but has many injuries. Like hez face has been half burnt and torn out. We can fix his face with surgeries but that would need time.

Manyata: have you got anything so that we could identify him??

Doc: well yeah we have got his wallet. Here take a look.

Manyata opened the wallet only to get the gravest shock of her life. It was uday! Her uday!tears welled up in her eyes. She touched the chain that hanged around her neck.

Doc: mam you know him?

Manyata: ye.. yes doctor I know him. I wou...would inform his family.

Uday: thank you mam, well you can meet him once he regains consciousness.

Manyata immediately informed his family members.

It had been 2 days since uday was unconscious and yet his family did not arrive.

A girl entered the hospital,

She came towards manyata.

Girl smiled: hi this is priya kapoor. Im udays fiance. Mam im a great fan of you.

Well that was definitely not what manyata had expected. Like usually ppl got scared when their close ones are in danger and here she was smiling and praising her and wat pricked the most was that she was uday's FIANCEE!!

Anger aroused in her while priya continued.

Manyata cuts of in anger: oh plz will you just shut up? What kind of fiance are you?uday is lying there all wounded and here you are praising me? Where is his family?

The anger in her voice made priya shiver.

Just then the doc came out.

Doc: mam the patient is conscious you can meet him now.

Without waitng for a reply priya went in the room only to scream and faint right there.

The nurses brought her outside. While the doctors informed uday about his condition. That was such a heart breaking scene. Uday gave no reaction on this. Manyata was watching from outside, the only thing she noticed was the sadness and pain in udayz eyes. His family didn't care for him. His fiance ran away seeing him. Though Being the most famous hunk he was lonely. He never had a person who he could say his own family. Manyata felt bad for him.

10-15 days passed. Uday was recovering slowly. Manyata used to be there always but never went in front of him. She was passing by his room when she heard uday and priya talking.

Priya: im sorry uday but I cant do this.

Uday: but why priya? Why are you leaving me? You said you loved me right!

Uday: I think you shoul leave manyata. Im sure you wont be interested in seeing the half burnt man infront of you. And after what I did to you I don't think you want to see my face.

Manyata: you are right Uday I never wanted to see you but that doesn't mean I could ever get over you.

He's eys shot up only to be locked in her beautiful ones.

Uday's eye's welled up: im im sorrry man.. manyata. I shouldn't have..

Manyata keepts her finger on his lip

Manyata: shhh... past is past Uday. We have our present and future to live together.

Uday: but we cannot be together manyata.
