Yaar its not about reforming the laws, its about IMPLEMENTING them.
People can go Scot free for their crimes in India which is terrible. I hope the perpetrators are caught and severely punished.

Shoes, and rocks should be thrown on such people in a public square. Ghar pay maa, behenain nahi hoti kya?

its a fact our law is weak somewhere nd top of our selfish politics. Criminals dnt fear to law. Here demand for hanged till death bt i bet it wont happened i so wish i prove wrong
