Chapter 13- AN ENCOUNTER

It was a big road block. A big police force was waiting at the barricade, waiting to catch manyata's kidnapper(s)

There was a no chance that manyata could be taken out of the city. Not even a tiny fly could pass that barricade without proper documents and permission

A young couple was waiting for their chance, a young dark bearded Muslim and his heavily pregnant wife. She was sleeping and looked tired, she wore a burqa she too was dark . her husband wore a shirt with a dhothi. As they reached the barricade a police officer approached the car. He had a photo of manyata in his hand . he looked inside.

Man: sir why is this big block over here? Any terrorist attack eh?😕

Police: it would have been better If it was something like that. No some damn princess is missing and they are employing this big a force to catch her

Man:did you get any details till now?

Police: no, not yet , maybe she would have gone out for some fun, hell now we have to find her. She will be back after a few days

Jaggat approaches the car

Jaggat: what is the delay inspector?

Police: nothing sir, your license sir(to the person in the car )

The man searches for the license and show it to the police

It said the man was ahmed khader, age 29

Police: and this is ? (pointing to the lady besides him)

Man: she is my wife . we went for her checkup in the J.J hospital. She is nine months pregnant

The man tries to wake up his wife but she does not wake up

He says to the police officer

Man: she sleeps like a bull. Its hard to wake her up. I have to prepare breakfast in the morning as she does not wake up. Cant say anything as she is pregnant

Police: even my wife is same, lazy bone

As the man starts his car jaggat comes forward and stops the car

Jaggat : sir if you excuse me a moment, this lady looks quite familiar

Man: what?you know Sana? She is from bihar. She came here only a week back as she wanted to deliver in Mumbai. She wanted me by her side during her delivery. You must have mistaken her

Jaggat: sorry sir you can leave

As the man left the place he smiled at jaggat.

Mr shark had not only out smarted the police but had taken manyata out of the jurisdiction area.

YES HE HAD WON ONCE MORE😉

Uday returned around 8 o' clock.

U: jaggat any news about manyata?

J: no uday, but we identified the body from the railway track

U: anyone we know?

J: yes rajat

U: rajat?

J: yes manyata's personnel bodyguard

U: what!! Manyata disappearing and her bodyguard died all in the same day. Does not that feel suspicious? Could he be killed by manyata's abducters?

J: no we found this from his body

It was a blood stained piece of paper it read

Dear mama,

I am so sorry , but I don't want to live anylonger.

My love, my life left me for some rich guy .

I just can't live in a world where she is not my own

As uday read the note his face was filled with disbelief

J: what is it uday?

U: nothing Ijust don't believe that he committed suicide . he was not a fellow who would do that sort of cowardice

J: even I don't believe, but the note says so. Uday what that on your face? Some dark stain or something

Uday quickly takes a tissue and wipes his face.

U: its just some grease. Some car repair on the way so it must have come on the face

U: I have to tell you something jaggat. Manyata was followed by some assassin

J: yes, one mr. shark, she did tell me

U: (surprised)she told you too?😲

J: yes, she told and I will nail that bas**d in hell

U: she told me today morning that she doubted ajit was mr shark

J: what?

U: yes, even I did not believe it but his character does suit this sort of assassin. I need to confront him today itself

J: I will also come with you

Uday and jaggat goes to ajit's office

J: uday what do you know about ajay?

U:both of us were childhood friends. He left his house when he was 14 stealing all the cash in the house. Soon he joined the mafia and stayed with them for some years. He left them and started an ordinary money chain business. But it did not work out. Then for many years, I don't know where he was. Now out of the blue,he is one of the richest persons in India. That did make manyata suspicious . his character is also not good.

They reach the office.

Ajay was resting in the office. He had come after a long ride and was tired. He was shouting at his secretary

A: what the h**l is taking you so long . iam bone tired after a long ride and your taking your own time to prepare a cup of coffee

U: ajay, chill she will bring you the coffee. Don't increase your BP

Ajay looks and finds uday. He comes forward and gives him a hug

A: what a pleasant surprise! Finally you have got time to visit my office ,and this is?

He points to jaggat. All of them sit on the sofa by the side of the room

U: this is jaggat, CI of police on duty

A: how can I help you?

J: princess manyata kumari is missing since today afternoon, we suspect a possible kidnap

A: so?

U: so, ajay tell me where she is

A: what? What rubbish is this? How do I know where she is? This is madness😡

Uday gets mad seeing this denial and takes his gun and points it to ajit's chest

U: you s**o*b*****. I don't lie to me. 😡You better tell me now or I will kill you. Where is manyata

J: uday, put that gun down , I say right now, don't take law in your hands. Sorry mr ajay .

A: uday you will suffer for this

U: only if your alive

J: stop both of you . we have come here to find princess manyata . so don't fight. So mr ajay did you meet manyata any time today?

A: are you both trying to frame me? Seriously I don't know what your speaking . I really don't know where she is

U: my foot. You pretty well know where she is. I will find her and then nail you😡

A: try then

Jaggat felt if both were not separated soon they would end killing each other

As they left that place ajay asked from behind

A: am I a suspect?

U: yes

J: uday stop it , no sir not yet

Uday was still boiling with anger, when jaggat asked him to cool

J: cool uday cool. Go home and have good rest

U: ok then I need some change in senary I would be at my estate bungalow . call me if you get any leads

Jaggat watched as he drove away in the dark night

He reached the place. And quickly went to the basement area were manyata was hidden . she lay there beautiful like an angel. He remembered how he brought her here

As he hit her head she had lost her consciousness. He quickly fitted a pillow on her tummy and covered her with burqa, then a quick make up and she was transformed from a beauty queen to heavily pregnant muslim lady

He injected her with an injection to keep her asleep

He changed the car plates so that no one would doubt him. Even if someone doubted him no one would be able to prove he abducted manyata. Then he went to disguise himself . very soon he was ready. He carried manyata to the car and placed her carefully on the front seat. He then started the car

Anybody would feel that it would be safe to transfer the kidnapped person out of the jurisdiction area before the police was informed, but he was different he wanted to outsmart the police when they were fully alert . he remembered the incident at the barricade and laughed remembering jaggats face.

He was very thrilled as he had outsmarted the police

Manyata opened her eyes. Her head was spinning and her vision was blurred. As she looked around she saw a figure staring at her , fear returned to her with compound interest and she fainted

i think that the person is ajay bcoz manyata loves uday nd she can easily recognize when mr. Shark touched har at the restro bar nd uday saved her from car hit nd uday's fav car is also damaged. Mr. Shark took the contract to kill uday. More import uday is hero not a villan.

uday itself is the hero here but someone has to be the villian right?
Since you told abt the restrobar incident i want to remind you of something else
manyata also did stop uday from being intimate to her in her office
mr shark is always masked. No one knows his identity
