well i m nt sure abt dat house contract thing as M might hab added sth elsee too bt M is soo stupid she cant see hw much he loves her dat jus to gt her engaged hes signin da property cntract which is worth in crores

Devghad has tons of wealth

The family is sane and proud

His sister in law, Jai, is a sweetheart

His father in law is well respected and an amazing man of principal

The family he is getting married into is just sooo powerful and influential

charisma, let me solve it

GR was so interested in UV marrying manyata

1)because of her devgarh estate

2)manyata's maternal Grand parents property was also on her name( may be manyata is not aware of it)

3)votes for mahasabha elections

but these aspects are not used by cvs ,but were shown in begnning.

plus my sixth sense is saying that all this bankruptcy is a plot of DS tro set manyata on right track and she is faking illness because no point arises of bankruptcy when lady like DS is on throne.

Rest i don't know nor do care😆. its just my take

I actually don't think the Devgadh estate is totally broke, but I think that Brij uses a lot of the resources he has access to on alcohol, gambling, and Maya- what I interpreted from some of the more recent episodes was that Brij had a considerable amount of debt with the bank, and when the money was transferred for the mahal, it immediately went to settle the debts that Brij had incurred- so Devgadh might not be bankrupt, but Brij maybe bankrupt-

I could be reading too much into things but I am betting that DS has Brij on a monthly allowance, and I feel that DS handles the better part of the finances herself which would prevent the family from accessing the royal trust or whatever-

Of course I could justbe reading way too much into things- I like to think I'm a little bit smarter then the cvs since I saw the uv and m chemistry from the get go and it took them months to capitalize on it 😉
