talking about the show to people around u is not that enough as it depends on others will watch or not watch one can't force anyone to watch it...

for online fans can post on fb,twitter walls of sbs,sbb about the segments related to dek & its actors AK ,priyal...on-location shooting as they show it will come on tv which tv audience can watch these segments come to know what is going in the show...which is seen by masses of tv audience...which might can switch to the show again...
as online audience who watch on tv is more patience than people who r not online ...as we know about spoilers..what will come next but for regular tv watcher this is not the case..if they don't c in episodes in which they have interest they will change channel...promos & misleading precap make them more not interested...

problem is with channels they r not interested to listen sony has this lack of marketing strategy when its with DEK despite knowing this fact who is popular for whom audience is watching the show...not to promote them they promoted akash heroic come back which was big dispointment for huge fan /viewer base...its not that difficult to get rid of a char. in which audience is not interested...

they could have promoted well last week with Manveer scenes...but instead they were promoting majnu come back...tv audience is not that patience these days they get attracted through promos & precap both were wrongly focused..which lacks interest in episodes...
what can be done on-channel site suggestions can be sent...as feedbacks to the channel...regarding promos & precaps...

also cv's need to keep check on unwanted scenes of the show..which audience is not interested BR-maya scenes r totally useless...viewers more prefer to change the channel results dip in trps...if channel is changed...so episodes should be more detailed with some flow in the scenes rather switching one to another scenes...that is happened too much last week...audience will watch the scenes in which they r interested in general...& char. they like...
despite the show had so much potential lack of cv's work detroying so much happened mere in love for one char. they wanted to play with is akash...
Manveer story can be created with so many other ways rather just with one char. playing b/w them...cv's need to realise this...

It's really depressing to see the TRPs falling again when the show is going so good and the current track also seems to be interesting. I agree that the show is not being promoted the way it should, especially the ManVeer track. Akash made a re-entry, though we knew it for weeks that he's going to comeback, we again lost hope in the show in a jiffy. WHY? Why do we do that? Why do we always talk about quitting the show if one episode doesn't go according to our expectations? We cannot judge the future track of the show based on just one episode. I remember that the month of March was terrible for DEK. We lost more than half of our fan-following. And I can completely understand why. These episodes were a torture. But I still didn't quit the show. I used to watch it every single day, going completely out of my mind witnessing Manyata's antics but I still watched it anyway. Because a part of me had hope that the track would eventually move forward. And well, it did. And I don't understand why now of all times people have started losing faith in the show. Now when we all are finally getting what we want. ManVeer. Agreed that no one likes watching Akash, I don't like him too, but who watches the show for him anyway? We watch this show for Uday and ManVeer. So keep watching it for Uday and ManVeer because whatever is happening right now, all that BR-Maya and Aryan-Tara track, it's just combining together to give us more ManVeer. I mean what kind of a love-story would it be if there are no obstacles and villains in it? And this is ManVeer. They are obviously going to have a lot of obstacles in their love-story. Lol. So if it's anyone's fault, it's ours. We call ourselves loyal DEK fans but just ask yourselves once, "Our we really loyal to our show?" . I am sure you'll find the answer and work on it too. We should not lose hope in the show no matter what. Don't let a few bad episodes overshadow all the good ones that we have watched until now. Because it's very upsetting to see how people start talking about quitting the show almost every other week, Only WE can save our beloved show. Not the channel, not the CVs, and not any promotions. It's all in our hands now. So guys please, let's work together and save our beloved DEK. For the sake of Uday, for the sake of ManVeer. Please! 😊

but unfortunately we who come on this forum, do not contribute much to trps as our percentage is very small, even though we are living in india
so the forum rank does not reflect the trps
so even if the forum members say we will quit,it will not affect the trps as their percnetage is negligible
what matters is that the negative remraks of the forum memebers echo the negative feelings of the masses who watch dek, and do not bother to come on the forum,or even do not know of this or any other forum
even if we are loyal it will not help as the inherent flaws in the script will put off the majority of tv watchers
the real mass viewers out there will not bother to com[lain , they will just stop watching the show as they have done now
so only remote chances of the show being saved is if they start a good promo of manveer, people ought to know what is happening
as of now unfortunately, nothing is happening
the cvs say only young girls and women like uv, but we have tried telling them u[teen number of times that even though uv ispopular among young crowd, akash is unpopular among all ages ,and u guys are obseesed with abhishek rawat
the cvs are ruining the show with their own hands
the cvs should religiously visit the forum and look into the negative reamrks and try to improve their show , if they care

I hope trp inc now as it is from this week only proper Manveer has started as Manyata too has started feeling.

Now Cvs shud promote this and make Manveer solve problems while J and Aryan create them.

This will sure shot inc. the trp. coz trp increased in april just coz of competition between J and M and U all their to take M out of all problems. Coz viewers wanted to see M win and U help.

So now again they can create big issues like Aryan trying to destroy Uday and Manayata all their to save him...only these types of track can save DEK.

Alas ! I too cant do what u suggested wendy coz I am Germany.

I do not live in India so I cannot contribute much to raise the TRPs which sucks 😭
Well the forum ranking doesn't really matter much for me because it all depends on the number of posts and activities on the forum only. But those members of this forum who are living in India can contribute a lot in this matter. Exactly Manv. My problem too is with the negative commenting because that really puts people off. If we ourselves will talk about the show like this, how do we expect others to watch it then? Agreed, there are flaws in the script. A lot of flaws, but I'll say it again that it's always in the hands of the fans to make or break a show. I know that we cannot neglect the inconsistency in the script, but we should still watch the show because DEK does the unexpected. Every time we think the show has started having a downfall, just one episode makes it rise again. The show is unpredictable maybe that's what scares the people. But please those of you who are in India, watch the show on your TVs regularly because I don't think online watching counts either. So it's all in our hands only. And yes completely agree with you. The show needs good promotions. I hope they work on it soon. But we should also not lose faith in the show and definitely try not to make negative comments as it affects the show and it's fans. I would just hope that DEK does not suffer anymore and the CVs come up with a brilliant PR strategy and promote the ManVeer track as ManVeer is the only solution to all these problems. Fingers crossed.

I feel that Sony is biased against DEK. Whenever Sony promotes its daily shows there is never any snippet about DEK. If you go to setindia website or setindia channel on YouTube - there are images of all shows on homepage - be it shubh vivah (which has lower trp) to BAHL but there is no image of DEk show. Also, when there is joint promo of shows in beginning of month- DEK is the only show not included in that. I had even shared this as feedback but obviously didnot get any response from them. If channel itself is not promoting its show then what can we expect.

Shama - Can you or anyone tweet or share this thread to Sony and DEK PH. Someone has to make them realize this!!
