I think komal knows about it from very beginning , that's why they share a loveless married life and that's why she earlier doesn't want UV -M marriage because she thought that UV is also womanizer like that Creep BR. extra martial affairs very common in royal families .I always knew BR is characterless.DS is not fool who waited for manyata for 16 years despite of having BR and j.
