Chapter 23

Then the door creeked and opened slowly. He entered with pleasure in his eyes "so maam is sleeping. I said that she should be ready to learn the dance"
he marched towards her but his lips formed a smile on seeing such an innocent beauty sleeping peacefully.

She was like an angel who just came tired but her innocence were digging his heart itself. The wind blew from the open window and the hairs got over her face. He smiled and tucked her hairs behind her ears

"time to get-up sleeping beauty"

he slowly whispered in her ears "manyata get up". But no response

then again he repeated and no reponse

"ok now i hav to take this step, don't blame me then" he said louder.

M:(in sleepy voice) hhhmm'

He went towards the table and bought the glass full of water and before he could splash it on her the wind blewed and tickled her sensitive soft skin.

She giggled in her sleep, very innocently like a child. He was again mesmerized by her innocence.

He lost control over himself and leaned in and kissed her soft velvet cheeks.

She opened her eyes and was shocked by it.

"tum"

"haan hum'toh humari princess so rahi thi"

M:(closing her books)uday'.. tum yahan kya kar rahe ho.

Uday:(taking a step towards her) kyun kya hum apni princess se milne nahi aa sakte?

M:aisa kuch nahi hai (pushed him and moved to the self to keep her books back)..wo kya hai na aaj tum humare saath time spend nahi kar sakte

Uday:(smirking) aur aisa kyun?

M:kyunki aaj humara waqt kisi aur ka hai

Uday:(his smile vanished) waqt kisi aur ka hai..kiska?

M:arrey baba aaj humare mahaan dance teacher yahan tashrif laa rahe hain.

He regain his senses and gave his signature smirk

M:agar wo humare saamne aa gaya na toh..

Uday:toh?(he started talking steps to wards her)

M:toh..toh hum..

Uday:toh tum?

Now she started moving backwards "toh hum usse'"
uday:toh tum usse?

She kept moving backward and he forwards. Her back touched the wardrobe.

Uday was still moving towards her. He bloked her by either sides with his hands on the wardrobe.

Uday:toh tum usse kya princess?

Manyata gulped very harder .uday noticed that and smiled at her.

M:uday.. wo' hum'.wo'

Uday:haan princess..tum.. wo'kya?

M:huh'

They share a beautiful eye lock, but soon manyata snap out of it. She jerked his hands

M:uday kya tum bhi,

She composes herself and back to her mood

M:agar wo mere saamne aa gaya na toh hum usse ek zoro ka..(lifts her hand)

Uday catches her hand

Uday:toh kya punch dogi?
M:why not. He derseves it. Itna wait karaya. U know humare saare lessons complete ho gaye siwaye dance ke,shivangi aur neel ki practice bhi shuru ho gayi. Aur ek hum hain, haan nahi toh.

Uday:toh thik hai agar tumhari issi mein khushi hai toh humme ek aur baar tumse thappad khana padega.

And he forwards his cheecks towards her

M:arrey hum tumhe kyun marenge hum toh uss dance teacher ki baat kar rahe hain

Uday:hum bhi toh ussi ki baat kar rahe hain

Manyata looks at him with confusion and he smirks at her. She understands it.

M:oh teriii' iska matlab tum humare so called dance teacher ho.

Uday just smiles at her.

M:tum humme dance sikhaoge, tumhe aata hai

Uday:waise log kehte hain, hum dance accha hi kar lete hain.

M:aur kaun kehta hai

Uday:hain hummari chahne waali.

Her face got dropped on hearing the name of girls. It was true he was greatly admired by the most beautiful princesses and hot models. He was a flirt and girls just drool over him but now-a-days it hurts her. She was unable to understand it but then she jerked this taught out of her mind. But her changed expressions were noticed by him.

Uday:kya hua princess? Jealously ho rahi hai kya

M:jealous aur wo bhi unn bimbos se'?no way..

M:(changing the topic) tumhe nahi lagta humhe dance practice shuru karni chahiye.

Uday:humne kab mana kiya.

He led her to the ball room. She firstly entered in it.

M: wow!!

She was just mesmerised by its beauty and lavishness.

Its each corner potrays royalty.

Uday:liked it?

M:of course this is something like a dream come true. I had always dream of this , like this ballrom then some music

Uday played a soft music. She closed her eyes and just wanted to float in those rhythm.

M:(whispered so softly that only she can hear that)and then a pince in shining armour would bend on his knees and the'

When she opened her eyes she saw uday on his knees holding his hands out,

A shock run down through her spine as his lips touched hers.

It was the moment they both were living it at fullest.

The windows flew opened due to the wind blowing. The banging sound of it bought manyata in her senses. She jerked him very hard and moved back. He too was shocked by the sudden action in few moments ago. yes he always wanted her but only as a stepping stone for devgarh but today, today it was not for devgarh. Those moment seems very precious to him. Looking into her eyes he realised that he is not himself when he is with her. Yes his choti was right he was falling for her, or he has already falled for her. These taughts crept an uncontrollable smile on his face. But soon her voice bought him back to his senses.

M(screaming out of her voice) what were u trying to do huh..?

He wouldn't understand her question.

M:tum kya samjhte ho apne aap ko? Tum jo chahe wohi hoga jisse chaho usse paa loge.

Uday: princess

M:don't try to act oversmart. Tumhari explanations tumhe defend nahi kar sakti.

Uday:princess litsen..

M:no.. yuvraj udayveer singh. humme pata tha tum sabke saath politics khel sakte ho but I thought not with me. Tumne humse dosti ki aur fir ab ye sab

Now his anger was rising.

M:actually tum toh dost banne layak hi nahi ho.

How can she say that, ok he was not in his senses but she too was at fault.

M:actually I m a fool. humme pehle hi samajh jaana chahiye tha, I was always a easy path for devgarh right THE YUVRAJ UDAYVEERSINGH.

What was she even thinking yes he always wanted devgarh but he never played politics with her. His friendship was never a game.

M:actually it was all my fault, yes..humne hi tumhe sariff samjha tha. How can I forget u r a big time flirt and can go to any extent to fulfill ur desire.

Now his anger has no bounds.he holded her by her shoulder

Uday:enough manyata! Enough!

His hold was very firm. He looked at her in anger

Uday:hum jaante hain ke humse galti hui hai but u were also at fault. Aur haan rahi baat humari dosti ki toh hum tumhe yeh baat bata de ke yuvraj udayveer singh ko koi natak karne ki jaroort nahi hai. Humne agar dosti ki toh hum usse puri shiddat se nibhate hain.

They both looked at each other

There was pain in her eyes

And noticing her pain he lightened his hold on her and looked in her wet eyes

Uday:humme tumhe koi explanation nahi dena hai.

He leaves and and walked towards the exist but turned to her

Uday:ek aur baat manyata. Zindagi mein pehli baar aaj kal hum dimaag nahi dil se faisle lene lage the, but u proved me wrong. Hume aaj ehsaas hua tha ki humare dil mein tumhare liye dosti se kai jyada ehsaas hain, aaj jab tumhare chehre ko dekha tha toh laga ke shayad yehi wo pal hai jiske liye hum apni puri zindagi bita sakte hain. Shayad humme humari 16 saal purani dost wapas mil gayi but tumhe humari dosti politics lagti hai.

Manyata was silent and felt guity for her words. She couldn't utter a word

Uday:Pata hai manyta choti humse hamesha kehti thi ke shayad humme tumse pyaar ho gaya hai but humne kabhi nahi mana. Aaj tumhe dekh kar choti ki baatoin par bharosa karne ka dil kiya par thanks to u ke tumne humme ehsaas dilaya ke pyaar jaise shabd humare liye bane hi nahi hai.thanks manyata.

He left her standing there and felt guity. She run to her room hid her face and sobbed silently. His words echoed in her ears. Yes, she agreed she was too at fault but she blamed him alone for it.

It was many hour past for the incident and she lied on the bed when vijay bhai came panicking

Vijay:m bhai..

She got up and looked at him.

M:kya hua vijay bhai aap aise achanak

Vijay:m bhai tumhare liye unnati ka phone hai, something urgent.

Manyata took phone

M:hello unnati!!

Unnati(in tense voice) manyata'.man..yata

M:unnati what happened?

Unnati:manyata kuch hua kya?

M:mein kuch samjhi nahi unnati

Unnati:manyata dada tumhe dance sikhane aaye the na.

M(she got tensed) haan unnati par hua kya?
unnati:kuch hua kya tumhare bich?

M:(she got worried now) kyu kya hua unnati? Thodi argument hui thi.

Unnati:tumne kuch serious keh diya kya?

M:unnati:plz come to the point. Ab mujhe darr lag raha hai

Unnati(with panick in her voice): manyata dada jabse ghar aaye hai,ek shabd nahi kaha. Yahan tak ke humse bhi baat nahi ki bas darwaza band kar rakha hai.

M:unnati mein bas abhi aati hu.

Manyata hanged the phone and run towards the car, ignoring the everyone in the hall.

Vijay gave some excuse to everyone and settled them, he don't know exactly what happened but knew that something happened which will led something good.

Manyata entered the jaigarh mansion. She even didn't had a single look anywhere just run into it and bumped with unnati.

Unnati:manyata..

M:uday kaha hai?

Unnati pointed in the direction and manyata run towards that without answering unnati any further.

Uday was on the treadmill, manyata's each word echoed in his ears. He couldn't forget a single word.

Unnati came towards manyata and banged the door

Unnati:dada darwaza kholiye!!

The banging increased,

Uday got frustrated "hum thik hain choti tum jao"

M:kisne kaha tum thik ho, abhi issi waqt darwaza kholo warna..

The door opened and he was staring at her, then his gaze shifted to his sister and agin on manyata.

He gestured unnati to leave and pulled manyat inside the room in anger and locked the door.

Uday:ab kya kehna hai your highness manyata kumari..

M:uday wo'mein..wo 'tumse

Uday:leave it manyata..

M:will u plz stop calling me manyata

Uday:kyun kya hua your highness? U should think once more shayad ye bhi humara koi game ho.

M:uday plz..

Uday:oh plz manyata kya ab bhi kuch kehna sunna baaki hai.

M:(got really very sad) OK I M SORRY.

Uday turned to her.

M:I m sorry ,I agree I too was at fault bas, khush.

And she felt.

Manyata reached her room and settled down. Vijay bhai entered and sat in front of her

Vb:nahi batana toh mat batao ..

Vb sighed "bas itni si baat"

M:aapko ye itni si baat lagti hai

Vb:pyaar toh tumhe bhi hai usse bas usse iss baat ka ehsaas ho chuka hai aur tumhe abhi tak nahi hua.

M:vijay bhai aisa'

Vb:aisa hi hai'manyata yeh baat humm sab toh kabse samajh chuke hain bas tum dono hi samajh nahi paaye.kabhi tumne socha hai tumhe har mod pe uday ki jaroorat hai,subah tumhe ussi se baat karni hai. Shaam hote hi uski yaad aati hai, uske suggestion ke bina toh tum khana bhi nahi khati. Tumhe sabne samjhaya par fir bhi tumhe uday ka support chahiye har waqt, chahe wo kisi sadme se bahaar nikalna hi kyun na ho. Aur uday wo toh khud ko yuvraj kehta hai, bada banta hai ke duniya ko jaanta hai par sahi baat toh ye hai ke wo khud se hi anjaan hai. Pata hai manyata pehle uday ka har din different ladkion se shuru hota tha. Roz ek nayi ladki uske room mein milti thi par ab ab toh wo kisi ki taraf nahi dekhta.

M:par vijay bhai wo mera dost..

Vb:dost se jyada hi hai, kyun tumhe usse kisi aur ladki ke saath dekh kar farak padta hai, kyun uske liye tum apna dressing sense badal sakti ho. Apne aap se ye sawaal pucho manyata.

He left the room.

Manyata moved to the balcony she closed her eyes and feels the breeze.

M:kya sach mein mujhe uday se hi pyaar hai

She closed her eyes and imagined a beach and she standing there searching something or someone.

Her feet slipped and she was about to drown in the water when a hand caught her wrist.

"humare hote hue tumhe kuch nahi hoga princess'."

She looked at him and yes he was there.

She opened her eyes and came back to reality.

All the moment she spent with him came in front of her eyes and tears rolled down

"I love u uday..i love very much'''"
