Maharaja Giriraj was walking back and forth in his room in one of his 7 star hotels of Mumbai …He didn't accompany his son in the ritual which was going to happen in Devgarh due to the business commitments….however there was no denying from the fact that he dreaded sending Udayveer alone….there were no less enemies out there in Rajasthan…..Uday being one of the most influential people and the emerging face of the Rajasthan politics had carved out a special place in the hearts of people of Rajasthan…also his decision to marry the long lost princess even after she being found in some slum of Mumbai spoke loud of this man's character and the promises he kept. Also Maanyata's increasing popularity of being the people's princess and the fairytale love story of the prince and the lost princess made people in awe of them…The increasing tourism business was a proof of this…. Certainly Udayveer had an upper hand in the upcoming Rajasthan elections……. If and only if everything went according to the plan…….but the recent impulsive behavior of Udayveer that Giriraj witnessed a couple of times when he was in Mumbai and his increasing interest in Maanyata rather than in the POWER GAME made Giriraj uneasy …though he was sure that his son wont do anything as foolish as telling Maanyata the truth …but still so many things were at stake …..he remembered what Maharani sahib told him the last time they met…….

" Giriraj …..This alliance will change the destiny of the two kingdoms forever…… I hope Udayveer realizes the implications of thinking from the heart"

" Don't stress so much on this Maa Sahib…Uday is a mature man and he knows how to handle situations …." ….Brijraj cut her in between…..

" Maharani Sahib don't worry …I will take care of this …I will talk to Uday personally about this matter ….Its been after 50 years that there are chances of us winning with majority votes in Rajasthan…He wont ruin this for us ……We are going to win elections this time ……and this high publicized wedding wud help to increase the vote banks further!!!!"

" I hope everything happens as per the plans …..Maanyata is not mature enough to handle this thing now …once elections turn in our favour, I myself wont hide anything from her…but till then we have to take care that she knows nothing"……said Dadi sahib while in deep thoughts …..

Lately she had observed Udayveer more vulnerable than ever and even unable to keep his emotions in check ……well true Love does things to you……as much as she loved the idea of Uday truly loving her granddaughter …….and Maanyata being lucky to get to be the heiress as well as an object of immense love n passion for her future husband…which happened rarely in this world of SIYASAT where women are considered staircases for getting powerful …she equally dreaded the fact that Uday might give it up all for the LOVE that has brewed between them in this time span …….

Yes it was very important that Maanyata does not get any clue of the conspiracies which followed after her decision to become a full fledged princess …… but with Uday breaking emotionally every single passing day ….Giriraj had begun to get nightmares….. after much thinking …he thought that going to Devgarh to attend the ceremony wud be a better idea rather than sitting in Mumbai for business deals…..that way he wud at least have a conversation with Uday and the Devgarh Royal family will be pleased to see him in attendance even during such hectic schedules.

Dadi Sahib always knew that Uday was a ruler in the making ……. BUT within this never ending dark tunnel of lies and shallow relationships driven by motives…….existed a truth…….the truth that HE WAS BURNING…….every moment HE WAS BURNING IN LOVE……Hence THE SHINING LIGHT had to follow no matter what….. to light up this dark tunnel forever with its rays…….Even THE SUN has to burn to light up the world…… irrespective of everything …Uday has to be the WINNER he always was……

" Was this all a lie …a political game ….TELL ME !!!!!"….she pointed at the ring while saying so….she meant business

First he was shocked …..how did she get to know the truth …who told her ….but as the realizations sink in……his face lost its color….while his mouth opened to first time admit to his crime……

"Yes!!!!!"….he replied while his face sunk

She threw the ring on the floor ….the ring that was someday adorned by his mother …..but this was going to happen ..now or some other day …..it just had to happen…At least he was free from those lies

Maanyata sat on the floor crying ……somehow she got over her first heartbreak …but what now?????
