Remember those days when we first started dating? We used to date all these guys who we thought we our perfect examples of a boyfriend but nothing got serious. We used to spam their FB profiles with ILU posts and youknow hold hands in school.Sneak love letters and all that!

Well I remember my first boyfriend. I dated him because he was goodlooking and "cool" and to an extent I even thought I loved him when I didnot even know what love was. A few days later when one of my seniors asked me "Kiara! You were 'dating' ____ right!" I remember how I shrugged and replied saying "No! I don't like him now! I realised that he was not that handsome!"

The same goes for AMMONIA (under no circumstances I will call them by another couple name). M is attached to Akash 'cause she believes he is perfect.😆The total goody goody guy and considering the fact that she kept on moving from place to place I guess he was the first guy who she became friends,later Ckikki and Sonia filled her head with crap like "He loves you!" "You love him!" M not knowing what love is though she is in love with Akash.

Coming to Akash! Akash asked Manyata out when she was at the most vulnerable point in her life and needed a shoulder to cry on! Not knowing what to do and not trustiong anyone else she you know started dating Akash. But the fact here is that Akash doesnot accept Manyata for who she is.He is in "love" with Monia! In a few days time when "Monia-that cheerful bubbly girl who flaunted a care a dam attitude" transforms into "Manyata-a rich and sophisticated princess" Akash won't find her that fun to be with or you know he won't be attracted to her anymore. He will let go of her because then he will realise that their worlds are different and their thoughts won't match. If Akash will continue his relation with M looking at what she has to offer i.e. wealth,status. M will later realise that she can never be with Akash and have a bright future and who knows by then she might get attached to UV too!

Manyata holds on to Akash because he is the only link to her old life- the life she is not ready to give up and she sees Uday as the guy who wants her to accept her Identity!Someoetimes we "hate people because they are a replica of ourselves" and that's what I am stating from a real life experience. I too had a horrible relationship with a guy back in school, we used to fight and fall in trouble and do what not until one day our teacher told us that when we see each other we see the replica of who we are, as we share the same attitude so it's like a image of our selves which we don't like seeing! (Or something like that) So Uday and Manyata are two peole who kind-of share the same attitude but who grew up in two different environments! Both of them are stubborn, have their own mindset and they have their own ideas. While Akash is Manyata's "puppet"

Love doesnot happen overnight! We first meet that person! Maybe even are infatuated be him/her. Then we get to know that person make an effort to know him better and as time passes we realise that we are falling in love!

lol sweet and cute post...yes one gets infatuation so often when one is young..relationship with uday wil be slow but steady and firm...uday her genuine well wisher

Yeah! And we think it is "love". Love doesnot happen overnight! We first meet that person! Maybe even are infatuated be him/her. Then we get to know that person make an effort to know him better and as time passes we realise that we are falling in love! What MonAsh have now and what UV feels for Manyata is just an INFATUATION(No offense!) And being infatuated is just the start! While UV and M posess a future AMMONIA donot. There are chances that UV might also be in love with M from his childhood!

u know i watched this drama with my mom.. like i watched it on my own first, then watched it again with her.. and when the chiki soni "he loves u, u love him" scene came, when they tried to make her believe that this was love, my mom was like "what is this? she does not love him... woh sirf dost samjhti hain, and yeh dostein bewakuf dikhayi hai, khamokha us ko ghalat soch de rahi hain.. achi khaasi woh carefree ghoom rahi hai, khamokha us ko conscious kar rahi hain.."...

and that's what they did :S this was the FIRST guy who was, most probably, this friendly with her.. who bought her gift, took her out etc... so naturally, she'd feel special. and she is ONLY 18! so if some guy, who seems to have a good position (from her pov), is friendly and is giving her attention, such a young girl wud ofcourse instantly start to idealize him. but there is a big difference between infatuation and love.

for manyata, this is infatuation, puppy love. i specially love ur last point, and its what i myself have been saying for a while: that akash is that link that manyata has with the life she has left, with her "baba's" world.. with the chawl.. with who she was. and she does not want to let go of her old life, so she is clinging desperately to him. he is that connection of hers, which is why she is so obssessive of him. but the fact is, that true love is yet to head her way... =)

You know what its ironic.

Like I had a problem with the dude from the first episode. I was not feeling him he gave me the creeps. At the point had no idea Uday was going to turn up and turn up hubba bubba gorgeous and fall for Manyata. I was not going to watch the show because I thought they were the main lead wasn't working for me.

I totally agree with you nothing is permeant even our thoughts: we might have liked it back then but now we don't.

With Manyata she wanted to live big be a princess etc. He got her those pair of shoes, took her out for dinner and surfing around. She's never done that before never experienced it so she enjoyed it and heck yeah she's impressed.

Whoever it is, if they are there for you on your hardest times you will appreciate them or have a soft side for them because when tough times arrive you never forget those who were by your side.

I don't care that there in love because even though I ship Uday he entered a little too late to stop what happened. No one does have the right to stop their relationship because there is no legit reason for them not to date. As for Manyata not becoming a proper princess is because she doesn't want too and she's let everyone know how much she despises it because if she told Akash I want to do this and I want my family happy he would help her. She's made her friends/family etc all against it. It's all her doing. She made a picture for everyone especially Akash that her life is hell. I don't blame Akash even how much he dries my eyeballs out. Manyata is the main core.

i feel uday has a sense of loyalty and belonging about Manyata..a commitemnt to commitment made 16 years ago..its his rajwada background and his bringing up...he is attracted as u said but has potential to build on it in future as he has very solid base of childhood longing for her...

Coming to your second point. He was friendly with her and yeah he treated her differently! That is what made her idolise him!

Yeah! I Akash is the only link there.Chikki and Soni contact her in a way just to keep her and Akash together! That's it! Once Akash goes away she will lose contact with all the poeple there!
