According to the promo, it will be Moniya's transformation into Manyata. I think that Moniya's makeover will be the catalyst that will sour Moniya's and Akash's relationship. That could be the motive behind DS giving her this ultimatum. Akash won't like Moniya's gradual change because like he said, he likes Moniya the way she is. After all, they won't break the engagement of Uday and Moniya. At least, that's what I'm hoping for.

She'll definitely use this to chnge her appearance and behaviour but i'm doubtful abt the MaanVeer shaadi part...

Agreed. There is definitely something up with DS saying that she will allow Akash and her to be together if she changes into Manyata but I think DS and maybe Uday both are predicting that this will cause problems between Mujnu and Monya.
