No they didn't..Rajmata just agreed to bring Akash in the mahal for celebrating moniya's birthday...Its just an OS about her birthday celebration...

I thought first about kiss but moniya is after all a girl who has some independent beliefs and thoughts..She is confused with her feelings for akash and Uday...So how could she allow Uday to do that ?
