What I mean is that Akash isn't that lucky enough to have his forefathers wealth.
He instead has to work hard to get up there.
Plus he doesn't even have the luxury of getting to see his love whenever he wants.
He has to struggle extra to maintain everything (work, family, Moniya)
The few times he went early etc were all for Moniya.
the policy is life is, you gotta work with whatever you get. the rich have to work to keep their wealth, the poor has to work to earn the wealth. but just because somebody does not have the same luxuries as another person does not mean that his laziness, slacking off, inability to balance personal and professional lives, should be overloooked...
now, akash wasn't born with all the wealth, which means he needs to be all the more responsible if he ever wants to come up to, or even close to, manyata's level... what he portrayed ever since he met manyata was total dumbness... if a guy earns 10000 per month, from which his household barely runs, then giving a gift worth that money to a girl is not at all wise... it's dumb. you've got to be responsible. and mature. and akash isn't.
everyone has to work hard, akash has to as well. if he can't balance out his personal life with his professional - then there is NO WAY that he deserved this promotion. he can not even account for his own actions, how is he going to account for other's, or point finger at others, as a manager?😕
as for uday, from what we have seen of him so far, makes it clear that he is no slacker... he is most definitely one cunning and clever business man, who has taken his family's wealth to much higher levels... we may not see him working nowadays - there is no way he could've earned so much respect and reputation in everyone's eyes had he been a slacker, who didn't ever work.. he does work, it's just that he must have a number of staff at hand to do the dealings.. just like every businessman..
