Give it sometime, Pri. The characters are in a transition.

1. UV ( if not knowing about the plan really ) is being given a soft side where the conniving politician is trusting the people he loves Its like two face - the good and the ugly on one face. If something doesn't hit UV , his character will not progress beyond smirks and grins. For UV to be redeemable , you need to give him some vulnerability so that there is hope for him.

2. Jaanwar is a despo, she is a bitch because she has never been shown to have a soft side. Always a plotting go-getter and that is her character until she evolves. Maanyata has taken over what she thinks was hers and her motive thus is nothing beyond Maanyata's downfall.

3. Aakash never had a character , so i don't know what to say,

4. Unnati - Her character is going out of character so that you can have conflict between her and Uday and the relationship has movement.

I hope i made sense. Hehe.

I think that Unnati is being nice to Manayata & encouraging her relationship with Akash as she feels that Manayata does not love Uday & is not good enough for him. This is the same reason that J wants to see Manayata & Akash together as J loves Uday ( who wouldn't?).

I personally think that Manayata is mad as she does not have good taste in men. Who in their right mind would choose Akash over Uday? After all even Cinderella fell in love with the prince. Come on Manayata, you should be flattered to have Uday as a fiance and showing you so much of attention. This would be the ultimate dream come true.

I totally agree with the original post, the truth is that the character of Akash has potential,maybe not as the lead but definitely as someone who we can like and actually support a little, because having strong second leads is important...same is the case with Uday. I've never hated Akash's character or supported Uday's character, I am waiting for the show to find its ground. But today's episode once again left me in a lurch, no character is consistent, and this whole love story should wait a little, I do not want Manyata to change completely but she should at least be working to accept her role as a princess, that does not mean (for me at least) that she forgets her friends but that she has a responsibility and as this drama is taken from the Princess Diaries, I don't want her to change instantly but at least some effort should be put in, coz if I hear her say "THANKU" once more, I will bang my head against the wall. This drama has potential, but the love story should take a back seat and we should get more of her as a princess. And that doesn't mean that the two guys should disappear, but the story has just become a love tangle, where the CVs don't know who they support.

Plus I think they should please end with Akash's insecurity, the sure, successful guy was a much better character.

And Manyata's whole life changed, her role in the society changed and the only thing she is concerned with is parties and getting away from Uday...she met her family after so long and they surrender all their rights to Uday, right away. This doesn't make sense, and the CVs should work on this.

heyy dear interesting post to read

as for uday i found that even if he doesn't know he knew there is something going there b/w M & UN...he doesn't wanted to ruin everything that just for one thought so he gave a chance ...& he kept an eye on them... he was always with M even when he came to take M he taunted about the traffic...

he is a grey char not a devilish or out & out negative char. he is showing his soft side just bcoz M is nicely behaving with him...he said he likes to behave with nicely with her...but he is not letting that part away why she is behaving nice with him...he tried to figure out that closed plan (now can't expect uday to behave like J sneaking in the room)

one can only figure out there is something wrong let that credit given to him...

till uday won't evelove his emotions(that's now trust i think) with M how he is going to evolve himself what UV thinks about M

that where char progress begans(i know many don't expect char changes or certain not behaving like that but forgets about that there that char is developing to next phase)

about Akash i only find him a stepping stone for manveer's story...cv's oush dsongs after songs down our throats ..we get bored & more bored with it. & change channel lol

about J i agree i so wanted to c her positive nice side of her too...but what she wanted was M's life she can't get...that's where her turning point is..she is fighting for what M has or going to M...so doing all there there she thinks she might get but she is doesn't left with any choice other than to play or let it go...so she is trying best to play & get..that becoming negative

apart from episode i just expect b'day gets an end...have blast... where it is going to hurt everyone whether M or UV or A...or Unnati too she is inirect now involoved in this...

have to c what there reactions would be on this.
