His hand had gotten cut during the fight between him and Akash. They had just admitted their feelings for each other. Then before they could embrace each other, Akash came in between them and tried to drag Manyata away..

"Choro humhe!," she yelled at him.

His grip tightened on her arm. She grimaced with pain. Meanwhile Udayveer went to get the talwar of Jaighar from the office. He brought it out and stopped Akash from leaving the hotel.

" How dare you try to take what was never yours! That is an act of a coward. A true man fights for his love. Yeh humari honewali maharani hain. Un par sirf humara haq hai!," Udayveer declared.

Manyata looked at him with pride. She mouthed she loved him. He batted his eye lids to assure her everything would be fine.

Udayveer had someone bring a sword for Akash.

The fight was fierce but in the end Akash lay on the ground defeated. The guards grabbed him and handed him over to the police.

Manyata noticed Udayveer's hand was bleeding.

She rushed over to him and tried to examine it. He shook his head.

"Wipe your tears Manyata," he told her.

Jai Nandini arrived as Udayveer reached over and filled Manyata's mang with his own blood. Everyone in the room was stunned.

"Manyata aaj humari shaddi hai. Chalo humare saath," he told her.

He picked her up in his arms and they went outside where a car was ready to take them to the mandir. A representative of the court was told them to meet them there.

Manyata had to ask at least once.

"Are you sure?," she inquired.

He nodded.

" Hum ne aapki maang bardi hai. Now we need to complete the rest of the rituals," he declared.

She placed her hand on his. He looked at her warmly and caressed her face.

To her surprised everyone was there soon except for Jai Nandini. Komal and Brijraj blessed them and hugged them. Manyata felt as if she had finally repented for her mistakes. Today she would be joined forever with her true love. Suddenly everyone cleared the way. Unnati had brought Dadisaab to the venue. Udayveer and Manyata happily ran to her and took her blessings.

" We have all waited for this day for a long time. Udayveer beta I know you will take care of Manyata. You have proven time and again. Manyata now I hope you understand there is no turning back. Now your actions will affect the people of two kingdoms," Dadisaab stated.

"Dadisaab, I am aorry for all the grief I have caused but I know better now. I know I must serve the needs of others before my own," Manyata stated.

They all procced to the mandap. They exchanged garlands, then signed the marriage certificate. Then they prayed and started the pheras. After all the rituals were completed they took blessing from the elders.

They would leave for Jaighar the following week. In the meantime they would spend the early days of their union in the pent house above the hotel. Unnati, Vijay Bhai along with some cousins and friends teased the couple for some time before Unnati took Manyata to get settled in her new home.

Udayveer stopped short seeing Manyata sitting with her ghooghat over her face. He smiled.

"Princesss is it really you under there?," he inquired.

She threw off her veil and pouted at him.

" You still don't trust me?," she inquired.

He came over to her. She got tensed due to his close promixity. Some months ago thus would make her angry, not make her heart race. He traced her face with a finger. She seemed to be holding her breath.

"Nahin Manyata. I was testing you. Promise me you'll always be with me," he said.

She looked at him warmly. She caressed his cheek. She leaned in and kissed his cheek. She then took his injured hand in hers and blew on it.

She wrapped it with a torn piece of her duppata.. He looked at her intensely. He pulled her in for an embrace and hugged her tightly.

As he pulled back he kissed her on her cheek. Some of her hair moved into her eyes. He moved the strands away.

"I love you," they said at the same time.

They shared a laugh. He helped her remove her veil and heavy jewelry.

The couple decided to let their love blossom gradually. They would cherish every moment together. After so many difficulties they were finally together forever.
