First Noida Police told to court that Dr.Talwar confessed the murder.. Now CBI is saying Krishna confessed.. everything is so confusing

I hope just to close this case CBI won't frame Krishna.. and I bet all other servants at Jal vayu Vihar where Talwar's lives and Talwar's own employees must be scared now by the way CBI catching only the servants

Something is just not adding up. Every time Krishna is shown on the TV news channels he looks like he is in a catatonic state. There is no expression on his face. In fact, he reminds me of a crack user who is suspended in a drug induced stupor, totally oblivious and disinterested in his surroundings. This change is worrisome. He did not seem this way when he was first arrested.

Wonder what the C.B.I. is doing to this guy? I hope it is not above the law, nor is it violating this man's civil rights. But then do any "suspects" in the Indian police custody ever have any civil rights and liberties?

I too feel they have drugged him too much and forced a false confession . Wish there was a detailed analysis on how the crime happend only then will it be convincing .

Why are they targeting people from lower economic class? I think it is totally disgusting how now they are trying to frame the servants because they can't afford good lawyers to prove their innocence.

What would the servants club gain from killing the girl? In India rich people can get away with everything and poor people get framed..

i won't be surprised if the dad goes scot free.

actuslly during his narco analysis it seems krishna informed the CBI that at the insistence of hemraj, krishna bought a khukri and went to the talwar residence the night of the murder and met hemraj.

but on being asked whether hemraj murdered arushi he said he is not aware of anything and to plz leave him alone.
when asked whether u went into hemraj's room the night of the murder he again and again said " no" during his narco test.
when asked whether he is aware as to where is arushi's mobile phone he said " no i have no idea where it is, plz leave me, i dont know anything."

this was all during his narco according to CBI sources.

Also during lie detector test when asked whether arushi had clicked any photographs after rajesh talwar gifted the camera to her dr rajesh said he does not know whether any photographs were clicked.
also he said that he does not remember what clothes he had worn on the night of the murder.

nupur also said she didnot remember what clothes she had worn in the night.
plus she said that when she went to open the door for the maid servant in the morning she was not aware of anything untoward and went straight to open the door, only when she was returning did she see that arushi was murdered. ( it is to be noted that arushi's bedroom was right next to the master bedroom and the forensic evidence proves that the door was open.)

so nupur said she was the one who saw the body first but rajesh told the CBI that he woke up before nupur and saw the body.

these are some of the discripancies in the stmts of the husband and wife.

also bharthi their maid sevant said that when she rang the bell, nupur came and she told nupur that the main door was locked from out, nupur then threw the keys to her from the balcony.
but when she opened the doors with the help of the keys and came in she saw both rajesh and nupur sitting on the sofa and nupur was sobbing.
then when she asked nupur what happened??, nupur said go look what they have done to my arushi.

now CBI did a mock drill of the whole sequence of events in the morning, but they found that by the time the doors can be opened with the help of the keys, it was not possible for nupur to go back, see her daughter's body, go and wake up rajesh, then for both rajesh and nupur to come and sit on the sofa and for the maid not to hear any noise from outside the main door.

Right now I am watching- Aajtak, special report on Aarushi murder case

It seems Krishna confessed to CBI that He,Raj kumar and another guy Shambu went to Talwar's house around Mid night to Drink beer with Hemraj.. Hemraj opened the door.. they all sat n drank the beer..

Raj Kumar had a eye on Aarushi.. he n Shambhu went in to her room tried to rape her.. she opposed it.. so this trio hit her head and slit her neck from Khurki.. later they wipe the blood from Khurkhi with paper towel n flushed in toilet.. (which is impossible 😕😕😕)

Then they took Hemraj to terrace and killed him to n locked the door before fleeing from there...

The whole story is seems so impossible...

Atleast there is some logic in Noida police story.. but this one so nonsense.. 😕

What!!!! uknaik99ji looks like this whole investigation and the credibility of the C.B.I. has now gone down the toilet. When the C.B.I. first took over the case I had hoped for the best. Lekin C.B.I. toh aandho mein kaana raja nikla. Now this whole farce needs to be ended by these Keystone Cops. I am simply blown away. And Mayawatiji is smarter than I had ever imagined.

today they questioned the durranis at the headquarters and also took their pshyco analysis test and their blood sample.

they also questioned bharthi , the maid.

then they siezed many things from dr rajesh's clinic.
they went to nupur's clinic and asked certain questions to people there, they also questioned the nearby shopkeepers.

they went to HDFC bank with the driver and asked for past 1 year stmt of rajesh and nupur's joint account. the bank could only provide past 3 months stmt. the stmt revealed that nupur withdrew 26000/- Rs the previous day ie 14th may.

the CBI it seems are now probing the contract killing angle. 😕

also some more clothes and articles of krishna were siezed from his house.

Rajkumar killed Aarushi: Krishna

The Aarushi-Hemraj murder case took a dramatic turn with Krishna stating that Rajkumar tried to rape Aarushi Talwar and later killed her.

Krishna, compounder at Dr Talwars clinic, said during his narco-analysis test that he along with Hemraj, Rajkumar and another person by the name Shambu had met at Aarushi's residence on May 15. They assembled at the servant quarters where they had beer together.

Krishna said that Rajkumar, a domestic help at Anita Durrani's residence, had cast an evil eye on Aarushi.

After having beer, Rajkumar went to Aarushi's room and tried to force himself on her. However, she resisted and he was forced to kill her.

Rajkumar killed her with a khukri by slitting her throat. Krishna also said during the test that Hemraj had threatened to reveal all as a result of which they were forced to kill him. He said that they took Hemraj to the terrace and killed him.

Krishna during his narco-test in Bengaluru, however, did not say clearly as to who the new peson Shambu was.

He said during the test that they cleaned the weapon and dumped it outside.

The CBI is having a tough time in taking the case to the next level. They are yet to get answers as to why the Talwars did not hear the screams when they were in the next room.

Krishna also said that the Talwars were innocent and they did not play any role in the murder.

The CBI has now launched a hunt for Shambu and are trying to ascertain what role he has played in this case.

The CBI is contemplating subjecting Rajkumar to a narco-analysis test.
