In all my years as a student and as a teacher, I have yet to see long-lasting, positive effects of humiliation. Some people might react to it on impulse and there might be a short-lived favourable reaction, but on the whole humiliation only achieves what is meant to - making matters worse.

Having said that, here are some real comments made by teachers in the NYC public school system. Mind you, the teachers were severely reprimanded for these!

Your son has reached rock bottom and started to dig.

I would not allow this student to breed.

You son consistently sets low personal standards and then fails to achieve them.

When your daughter's IQ reaches 50, she should sell.

Your son is depriving a village somewhere, of an "idiot".

If this student were any more stupid, he'd have to be watered twice a week.

Think and ask yourself - would I have liked / would I like to see this on my / my child's report card???

Great views!! positive views doesn't work for all, you might have observed at some point little reality bite works, no? If a loner is sed to attract gals, you have to do something different then you lousy self, he or she might work on it...atleast thats what a 8 years old new celebrity relationship specialist says.😆
