Little abstract ..

Some thoughts

Simple eg. Whole world knows " Health is Wealth " but how of them take care of thier health...working out or not being workcoholic (16-18 hours daily at work)

If you think about it, there are so many situation in life when you know, what are right things to do but still ignore. There are many more such situations... where even knowing the right thing people just let it go and take different route.

Aren't such individuals thier own enemy ?

Ofcourse we are our own worst enemies. We take things in life for granted until sometimes it is too late.

Not many of us take care of health Proactively. Usually we are reactive aren't we???

If everyone stays perfect, then whats the big issue- nothing!

thats where we eat unhealthy bhel, spend some on doc's fee, get injected, take a day off, deduct one day salary, shout at month end, and that's life......😃

If we were all so perfect and only did the shoulds in life, it would have been so boring, no? 😛

So - be it some harsh weather outside, if there is a wedding, we will ensure that the shawl or sweater is 'unnecessary'.. so what if we have to pay the price of a terrible cold for the week following.. 😆 And the next time a wedding comes, we will not think twice to repeat it 😳

Same with never giving a second thought about all the street food like phuchka, rolls, and what not! 😆 Afterall doctors also need to earn a living 😆

lolss guys.

Yupsss we are our own worst enemies, who seriously though will go check the calories on foods or how much fat or extra salt there is in something.

Off you go to the supermarket/hypermarket/desi shop/whatever you know it as 😆 and bung everything in the cart/trolley/basket 😆, grab all the unhealthy foods and maybe the odd 'low fat yougurt' and away you go.

Then when you next climb on the scales, you get 'oh maaaaaan i put on another couple of stones 🤣 koi nahi, i will start a diet tomorrow'....that never begins does it 😉

People only actually start to worry about their health after they have had a heart attack from all the fat clogged up in their arteries 😳

Like smoking, yeah go smoke 40 cigs a day....enjoy it but then don't complain when you get lung cancer 😉

I bet one day hospitals will just refuse to help over-weight people wo make no attempt to shed the ton load of extra buldge they carry with them 😳 Granted some it is hereditary conditions, but I am talking about the ones who seriously just bring it upon themselves 😳

We are our own worst enemy, but then again you do not go to McDonald's to get a salad do you 😉 If you do then it is a chicken ceaser sald, + extra salad ( yeah just to make it sound healthy and a bucket full of mayo (btw mayo is really bad for you 😉 ) 😆

Shows what you know does not necessarily correlate to be good for you unless you live it..!!!! we tend not to believe in our own mortality. 😕 I read this somewhere.

2000 B.C. - "Here, eat this root."

1000 B.C. - "That root is heathen, say this prayer."

1850 A.D. - "That prayer is superstition, drink this potion."

1940 A.D. - "That potion is snake oil, swallow this pill."

1985 A.D. - "That pill is ineffective, take this antibiotic."

2000 A.D. - "That antibiotic is artificial. Here, eat this root!"

And the cycle begins again, I see. We humans are really quite sad, aren't we?

Of course, we're our worst enemies.

Us having the power, the ability, to make choices, makes us our best friends and our worst enemies. A good decision can lead to a better path, a bad decision - to destruction.
