Okay; I will pay the few thousand; what about millions of POOR people, who can not afford the tests? Will the govt. cough up the money for it? And it is so easy to make laws in India, but nobody implements them, and even if they are, people find a way around it.

In a democracy, you cannot make any kind of a medical test compulsory, for most who value their personal liberties that is a voilation of their personal space by the govt.

Now I know a lot of people govt's push such kind of things under the guise of People's safety, sometimes they are called as Neo-cons😉
