I guess you can show sympathy to someone without supporting their cause, no?

I personally sympathize with those students for getting beaten up but I don’t necessarily support their propaganda...

Ok then i hope she meets those abvp students too who got beaten up and those police officers who got beaten up by these same people!

😃 This is much needed. Like Geetika vidya ohlyan of Soni movie said ,we are at the time and age where we listen to celebrities more than any historian or economist. What's happening in India is chaos and uncalled for . Her presence over there will bring in enough attention and media coverage which government will try to snub. It's baffling to me how Hindutva government is ruining India's image abroad ,which they themselves tried to strengthen through diplomacy, for their political gains .

Lol so she went there to support same people who who were chanting slogans like "bharat tere tukde honge insha allah insha allah" "jitne afzal maaroge, ghar ghar se afzal nikle ga" and "free kashmir". Her magarmach k aansu weren't enough to promote her movie? Waiting for the day when these so called fakewoke people will talk in favor for our army people and police men!

She went there to support students who were brutally beaten up by terrorists on the campus of one of the best universities in the country. It is sad how BJP succeeded in creating this propoganda that JNU students are some urban Naxals and anti-nationals

just how kareena swara and ponam used rape to increase publicity for their stupid film.

although dp is much better than them. at least she doesn't speak half baked shit about politics and makes way better films than them.

DP proves she is same as them.

She was silent during Padmavat riots.

And now she takes a stand. Coz movie. I don’t think she cares for politics at all.

Whole Chhapaak promotions have been hilarious attempt by her. Trailer Launch tears shedding takes the cake!

Anyway i would always think the only personality in India who has fans to match modi bhakts are the crazens. And in a DP vs modi situation who would a crazen bhakt choose. Guess politics trumps Bollywood.

Will she meet abvp students who got beaten up by these people and police officers who got beaten by these same students during caa protests? Best university? Seriously? There are thousands of universities in India, why is it always the same university which protest for every single thing and chant slogans against india and kashmir?

There are less than a thousand universities in India. Where do you get your information from? The same WhatsApp University you get the rest of your propaganda and lies from?

ETA: And yes, JNU is one of the Top 2 Universities of the country. (NIRF rankings)
