no you can try good s*x. It'll send you to high heaven.😉😆

some other recipes for attaining spirituality:

1. meditate;

2. go to hawaii;

3. look at the stars at night;

4. go sailing in choppy seas- it'll bring you face to face with nature's power when the only thing you'll know is survival;

5. fly a twin-seater- there's something exhilirating flying high up and being alone with your thoughts

and of course, if all else fails, you can listen to baba birdienumnum's sermons😆

Rush of endorphins they say. Some go high doing long distance running too !

Extreme pleasure helps to some extent till it loses its effect

Hi sis life is relatively peaceful though there are little ups and downs. Couple of people I have known have gone to the other side but as long as we remember them they will always remain alive.
Fortunately God looks on silently without blinking, invisible and yet fully aware.
I was listening to some of the chantings by different religions and it seems they do sound much alike. I find them pretty effective.

Not with the wrong religion even!:P Considering most religions consider other religions wrong, considering some don't even believe in facts like reincarnation etc stuff I guess and some believe horoscopes are right... how can even every religion help bring spirituality according to the view of opposing religions..
So maybe atheists actually have it correct.. so maybe answer to ur question might be religion might not be the way to attain it.. it can be done on it's own rather than a labeled religion per say..

Hello sis thanks and may all be well with you. I was reading about the lives of several persons and surprisingly there are many advanced souls around us, all over the world. They go about quietly in their own way. Some say the world is only our own reflection. God does communicate in many ways, but often we are always rushing too much to hear.
At times I do question when there is so much suffering all around but I guess it needs a higher mind
