India is the world's third largest economy. China is no.1 and US no. 2. France is no.9 and UK no.10.

India is not even a part of the extended group, the G7. Doesn't India deserve a place in the Security Council with veto power?

Should India quit the UN if we don't get a permanent seat?

The US debt is 106% of their GDP, UK 406% and France 222%, China 37.5% and Russia 23% respectively.

India's debt is 22.8% of the GDP. India has thus the healthiest economy among these countries. Why is it not a part of the Security Council yet?

Not to mention, by some estimates India has 4th largest defense infrastructure and capabilities. We are one of the select few who have reached Mars.

Only problem is India is non aggressive and assertive when it comes to regional security and foreign policies.
