why do we care where, who wants to belong to... Only indians have this...dont forget your are indian.. remember your country...etc... I mean if he thinks he wants to me considered mainstream american its fine... If the president feels like an indian.. thats fine.. In fact I like Bobby Jindal's open mindedness except for the color part if thats true... unless unless he is just doing it as a charade to please his vote bank!!!

There is no truth to those rumors (that he is trying to whiten up)

It's just that there's a portrait of his going around which portrays him with a lighter skin. Later his team put forward another portrait which shows him, still with a lighter tone than what he actually is, but not as white as he was in the first one. That's about it.

I like him because he is rather brilliant with two majors.He was accepted to Harvard as well as Yale; a Rhodes scholar from Oxford. These are the types we need as politicians everywhere, not some high-school dropouts that we commonly find.

I first had it as "not some high-school dropouts that we commonly find in India" but scrapped that last part, figuring I wouldn't have time to defend myself from the instigation that would cause among the patriots here.
